A discussão entre Davi e Nizam começou depois que Davi foi escolhido para o terceiro Paredão do BBB 24 e quis saber quem havia articulado seu nome. Na cozinha, ele acusou Nizam de organizar votos; a conversa subiu de tom e continuou na área externa. No dia seguinte, ao entender que a escolha havia sido coletiva, Davi voltou a falar com Nizam e pediu desculpas pelo mal-entendido.
O que desencadeou a briga
O conflito veio após a formação do terceiro Paredão. Depois da eliminação de Thalyta, Beatriz, Davi e Pizane foram para a berlinda. Davi estava emparedado novamente e quis entender por que havia sido escolhido.
Na votação em questão, seis participantes que não podiam votar no confessionário se reuniram para definir quem indicar. O grupo escolheu Davi. Ele, porém, entendeu inicialmente que Nizam havia sugerido ou articulado seu nome. A cobertura do gshow situou a discussão nesse contexto da votação coletiva.
Como o bate-boca começou na cozinha
Davi procurou Nizam na cozinha e o acusou de reunir pessoas para combinar votos. Segundo a cobertura do gshow publicada em 15 de janeiro de 2024, Davi disse: “Você reúne pessoas para querer votar nos outros. Eu falo isso agora olhando no seu olho”.

Nizam pediu que Davi conversasse direito e respondeu: “Seu equilíbrio emocional é zero, Davi”. Davi elevou a voz, desafiou Nizam a fazer algo e o chamou de falso. O embate deixou de ser uma pergunta sobre a votação e passou a incluir ataques pessoais e provocações.
A discussão continuou na área externa
Os dois seguiram discutindo do lado de fora. Davi afirmou que voltaria do Paredão e que Nizam seria eliminado quando chegasse à berlinda. Nizam disse depois que se sentira humilhado; os participantes também fizeram previsões opostas sobre quem sairia.

Michel conversou com Davi sobre uma expressão usada
Michel chamou Davi para conversar sobre uma expressão que ele usou durante a discussão e explicou que ela atingia uma minoria. Davi pediu desculpas a Michel. Esse pedido foi dirigido a Michel e ocorreu à parte do acerto posterior com Nizam.

No dia seguinte, Davi voltou a conversar com Nizam. Pizane e MC Bin Laden também participaram do diálogo. Nizam explicou que não havia sido o único a propor Davi: os seis integrantes do grupo mencionaram o nome dele como opção.

Davi disse que havia entendido que Nizam sugerira seu nome e reconheceu que agira com informação incompleta. Ao se desculpar, afirmou: “Assumo meu erro aqui agora, mas foi por uma falta de informação e por um mal entendimento”. A conversa posterior esclareceu que a escolha fora coletiva, embora isso não apague o confronto ocorrido na madrugada.
