Yes—Baylen Dupree is engaged to Colin Dooley. TLC says Colin proposed with a ring during a family trip to Ocean City, Maryland, after the couple had been dating for more than two years and had moved in together. Baylen said yes. The proposal and the couple’s apartment search are related milestones, but the available accounts do not establish that the move prompted the proposal.
Did Baylen Dupree get engaged?
Yes. TLC’s proposal retrospective says Colin Dooley asked Baylen to marry him during a Dupree family trip to Ocean City, Maryland. He proposed with a ring, and Baylen accepted. The gallery describes them as having dated for over two years and moved in together by then. TLC’s proposal gallery reports the event itself.
Where did Colin propose to Baylen?
The proposal took place in Ocean City, Maryland, while the couple was on a trip with Baylen’s family. Before the event, Colin had discussed his plans with Baylen’s parents in a TLC clip. Parade reported on March 2, 2025, that Colin said he knew Baylen dreamed of a beach proposal and wanted to ask her during the family trip. That clip documents his plans beforehand; TLC’s later retrospective supplies the account of what happened. Parade’s March 2, 2025 report
Who is Baylen Dupree’s boyfriend?

How does the proposal relate to Baylen’s move?
In February 2025, Realtor.com reported that Baylen and Colin were searching for their own apartment as a step toward Baylen moving out of her family home. That coverage is separate from the later proposal retrospective: it establishes the apartment search, not that the search caused or directly led to Colin’s proposal. Realtor.com’s February 14, 2025 coverage
Realtor.com described the apartment featured on the show as 1,289 square feet, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. That is a description of the property in its report, not a general measure of the couple’s housing plans. The article also noted that Baylen Out Loud debuted in January 2025. Realtor.com

What did Baylen’s family say about the relationship milestones?
Parade’s report on the TLC clip also included a confessional reaction from Baylen’s father, Allen Dupree, about how quickly the family’s milestones seemed to arrive. He recalled that not long before, Baylen had wanted to move out, and then described the sequence of new interests and the engagement. His comments reflect the family’s reaction, rather than establishing a cause for the proposal. Parade’s report
