Baskin-Robbins’ Japanese business, 31 Ice Cream, ran its “HELLO KITTY Loves ICE CREAM” birthday-season collaboration from November 1–27, 2025. The limited-time menu paired customers’ choice of existing ice cream flavors with Hello Kitty cups, toppings and accessories; it was not a launch of a new flavor lineup. The campaign period has ended, and the official announcements do not establish a 2026 event or current product availability.
What the Hello Kitty collaboration included
The October 24, 2025 announcement described a menu and merchandise promotion at 31 Ice Cream shops across Japan. Its headline items used customer-selected ice cream rather than introducing a set of new flavors. One item referenced Hello Kitty’s favorite homemade apple pie, and the campaign also featured her twin sister Hello Mimmy and Tiny Chum, her friend who lives at her house. That English description is a translation of the company’s Japanese announcement.

What the campaign does—and does not—say about Baskin-Robbins
The official releases frame “HELLO KITTY Loves ICE CREAM” as a limited-time birthday-season menu and character-merchandise campaign. They do not report campaign sales, attendance or performance results. Separately, a company release states that the Baskin-Robbins brand operates in 52 countries with more than 7,700 stores, and that it has created more than 1,400 original flavors, with 31 offered in stores. The passage does not specify a publication year for those corporate figures, so they should not be read as a current campaign tally.
