When did Ted Lasso season 4 come out?
Apple announced on April 28, 2026 that season four would debut globally on Wednesday, August 5, with a new episode each Wednesday through October 7. That announced release window ends on October 7, 2026. Apple’s announcement gives the cadence and dates but does not state the episode count, so the schedule alone should not be used to infer one. What is different in season 4?

What Apple has and has not confirmed
Apple’s July 28, 2026 premiere announcement identified Jack Burditt as season-four executive producer and showrunner. Apple TV Press
The official announcements establish the renewal, release schedule, premise, named cast, and some production credits. They do not provide season-four audience figures, a season-four reception measure, or episode-by-episode outcomes. Apple’s renewal announcement says the first season became its most Emmy-nominated comedy series in its first season, but gives no count; that statement is not a season-four performance statistic.
