The complaint sought a jury trial and unspecified damages, including legal fees, unpaid wages and compensation for alleged emotional and mental distress. Those were requests made in the lawsuit, not amounts awarded by a court or disclosed as part of the settlement.
What did Zucker allege?
According to the complaint, Alarr touched Zucker without her consent and made sexually charged comments on the set. The suit also alleged that he harassed and discriminated against Zucker and other employees on the basis of gender.

Zucker further alleged that Corday Productions and Ken Corday retaliated after she raised concerns. The complaint cited alleged changes to her pay and travel stipend and the writing out of her character. These are allegations, not findings established by a court.
How did the defendants respond?
Corday Productions disputed Zucker’s account and said her claims lacked merit. The company said she had been offered a pay increase with a contract renewal and that complaints about Alarr had been investigated before he was terminated. Those statements were the company’s response as reported by the Los Angeles Times; they do not resolve the disputed allegations.

Did the case settle?
Yes. The Los Angeles Times reported on October 12, 2025, that Zucker reached a settlement with the show’s producers and Alarr, and that notice of settlement had been filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The report did not disclose the terms. Read the Los Angeles Times settlement report.
In that report, Alarr’s attorney, Robert Barta, said Alarr continued to deny the allegations and agreed to settle to end the litigation. Zucker’s attorney, Anahita Sedaghatfar, said Zucker was pleased the matter had been resolved and hoped her actions would support accountability and lasting change. These are statements from the parties’ lawyers, not a court’s conclusion about the case.

What the reported outcome does—and does not—establish
- The lawsuit ended in a reported settlement, rather than a publicly reported verdict.
- The settlement terms were not disclosed in the Los Angeles Times report, so the public account does not establish what either side agreed to pay or do.
- A settlement alone is not proof that the allegations were true, nor does it prove they were false. Alarr’s attorney said he continued to deny them.
