Did all 12 episodes arrive on premiere day?
No. Disney released the 12-episode final season as four weekly chapters, with three episodes in each chapter. The April 22 premiere was the first three-episode chapter, rather than a full-season drop.

The story spans four years and follows Cassian Andor’s transformation into a rebel hero, leading toward Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The official physical-media announcement cited here is for Andor season 1: Lucasfilm announced a complete first-season 4K UHD and Blu-ray release with SteelBook packaging, bonus features, and concept art cards (StarWars.com, March 5, 2024).
