An earlier announcement had set February 29, 2024, but later Brazilian listings and reporting give March 7 as the theatrical release date.
Why two Brazilian release dates appear
On August 9, 2023, Guia Disney+ Brasil reported that Searchlight had scheduled the film for Brazilian cinemas on February 29, 2024. That was the announced date at the time, not the date later recorded for its theatrical release. Guia Disney+ Brasil’s August 2023 report also gave December 22, 2023 as the US release date.

FilmeB’s release calendar lists Todos nós desconhecidos for March 7, 2024, and a later Guia Disney+ Brasil article likewise says it reached Brazilian cinemas that day. The sources establish the difference between the initial schedule and the later reported theatrical date, but do not explain why the date changed.
What the film is about
Written and directed by Andrew Haigh, the drama stars Andrew Scott as Adam, a writer living in London, and Paul Mescal as Harry, his neighbor. As Adam’s relationship with Harry develops, Adam returns to his childhood home and encounters his parents, who died decades earlier but appear as they did at the time of their deaths. Claire Foy and Jamie Bell play his parents. The film adapts Taichi Yamada’s 1987 novel Strangers.

The Associated Press review gives the film’s runtime as 105 minutes and reports a US Motion Picture Association rating of R for language, some drug use and sexual content. That is the US rating; it should not be taken as the Brazilian classification.
