If grisly scenes can put you off food, eat or drink before watching Alien: Earth episode 5, “In Space, No One…”. That is one reviewer’s personal warning, based on the episode’s extended flashback to events aboard the USCSS Maginot—not a formal content rating or a prediction that every viewer will react the same way. Read the September 2, 2025 warning.
Why episode 5 gets a food-and-drink warning
“In Space, No One…” looks back at the USCSS Maginot in the lead-up to its crash landing on Earth. Earlier glimpses of the ship’s fate had been brief; this episode shows more of what happened aboard. The reviewer found that material grisly enough to put them off eating and drinking, whereas earlier episodes had not had that effect on them. The warning is their account of a personal reaction, not an objective measure of how graphic the episode is.

The practical advice is simple: if you would rather avoid watching disturbing scenes while eating or drinking, do so beforehand and pause until the episode is over. The warning does not claim that all viewers will feel nauseated, and it does not identify specific scenes that viewers should expect.
Where to watch Alien: Earth
FX’s official series page labels Alien: Earth “FULL SEASON” and directs viewers to Hulu with a “WATCH ON” link. The page also offers episode exploration and other official series materials. The available official-page information does not provide an episode-specific content advisory.
