Photos published in August 2025 showed conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel carrying a baby, but they do not establish who the child is or how the child is related to them. A TikTok account that appeared to address the photos was later disavowed by Abby’s husband, Josh Bowling; it should not be treated as a statement from either sister.
What the photos show—and what they don’t
Us Weekly reported that photos taken in Minnesota in August 2025 showed Abby and Brittany carrying a baby carrier. The report said the sisters had not addressed their relationship to the child. The photographs alone do not confirm whether the baby is their child or has another connection to the family.
Us Weekly’s report does not establish the baby’s identity or relationship to Abby, Brittany, or Bowling. No parenthood, adoption, or caregiving relationship should be inferred from the images.
Did Abby and Brittany post “Blessed”?
A TikTok video dated August 30, 2025, circulated with photographs and the caption “Blessed,” alongside hashtags including “twins,” “sisterhood” and “respect.” But Bowling later said the account was not theirs. TMZ quoted him: “I can definitely guarantee that it’s not us.”

According to TMZ’s report, Bowling said the family did not have TikTok accounts and did not want to discuss their personal lives. Us Weekly also updated its coverage with his denial. The apparent post therefore cannot be presented as an authenticated response from Abby or Brittany.
Are Abby and Brittany parents?
The cited reports do not confirm whether the sisters or Bowling are parents of the baby in the photos. TMZ reported that Bowling denied the TikTok account but did not confirm whether his family had welcomed a child. The child’s identity and relationship to the family remain undisclosed in this coverage.

What their earlier comments about children mean
Us Weekly notes that the sisters appeared in earlier documentaries and the 2012 TLC series Abby & Brittany. It also reports that Abby said in 2006, “Yeah, we’re going to be moms,” adding, “We haven’t thought about how being moms is going to work yet.” Those remarks are historical; they do not confirm anything about the baby photographed in 2025.
