How did the intimate reception reflect the rustic setting?
Following photographs on the golf course, the newlyweds and their guests rode golf carts to dinner at the Osage Restaurant at Top of the Rock. The group shared a long dinner, with red wine toasts and a relaxed outdoor-reception feel.

The small guest list let Katie and Matt spend the weekend with their closest friends instead of limiting the celebration to the ceremony and reception. Katie described the experience this way: “Since we eloped with our best friends, we got to spend the entire weekend with them relaxing and celebrating.” She also said, “It wasn’t a blur at all!”
For couples drawn to this kind of celebration, the example is less about copying a particular décor scheme than choosing a guest count and schedule that leave room to be present with the people who matter.
