The pads serve a different role from the two moisturizers. The cream comparison is mainly a question of texture and the kind of finish you prefer; the available product information does not establish that one is more effective than the other.

The useful distinction is that pore care is the product’s positioning, not a promise that it permanently shrinks pores or will produce a particular result for every user. Best fit: someone looking for an AHA+BHA pad as an exfoliating routine step. If you are choosing a moisturizer, the jelly and cream below are the relevant comparison.

Collagen Niacinamide Jelly Cream review: the lighter moisturizer
Medicube describes this as a transparent collagen jelly cream. Its listed key ingredients include niacinamide, freeze-dried hydrolyzed collagen and squalane; the page offers 50 ml and 110 ml sizes. Medicube directs users to apply it morning and evening after targeted serums. For evening use, the brand says to avoid the eye and mouth areas. It also advises against pairing the product with highly stimulating ingredients, including high levels of acids or products with a non-neutral pH. Consider that guidance when arranging it alongside other active products.

What its performance figures do—and do not—show
Medicube says 100% of participants in a consumer-use study reported improvement in radiance, skin texture and 24-hour moisture retention after 24 hours. The displayed statement does not give the participant count or full study methods. The page also reports self-test figures of 1.793% improvement in skin elasticity and 2.488% improvement in sagging skin; it does not state a year for these figures. These are brand-reported results, not independently verified findings in the information available on the product page.
Medicube says the cream’s pink hue comes from natural vitamin ingredients and that it contains no artificial colors. That is the brand’s explanation of the product’s color, not an independent ingredient assessment.

How to interpret the two-week lifting claim
The product page says a clinical trial was conducted by the Korea Institute of Dermatological Sciences from 2017-10-31 to 2017-12-05 with 21 users, and presents the claim “Lifts saggy skin in 2 weeks.” Those details and the claim are reported by Medicube. The page does not provide the full study report or describe a comparison group, so the claim should not be read as independently established proof of a result you can expect.
Best fit: someone who prefers a richer cream texture and wants the final moisturizing step in a routine. The available material supports a texture-based choice between this and the Jelly Cream, not a head-to-head verdict on results.
Which of the three should you choose?
- Choose Zero Pore Pads if you want an AHA+BHA exfoliating pad and are looking for the product Medicube positions for pore care.
- Choose Collagen Niacinamide Jelly Cream if a lighter, bouncy moisturizer and fresh-glow positioning suit your preference; follow Medicube’s advice about where and how to use it alongside active ingredients.
- Choose Triple Collagen Cream if you prefer a richer moisturizer as the last step of your routine.
These products are not three substitutes for the same step: one is an exfoliating pad, while the other two are moisturizers. Medicube’s featured-product labels and brand-reported performance claims do not amount to an independent comparison or prove that any one is best for every skin type.
