What remains visible today is a broad licensed lifestyle brand with an official online shop spanning categories such as shoes, clothing, swimwear and heels.
How big is the Jessica Simpson Collection?
Sequential Brands Group reported approximately $1 billion in annual retail sales for the Jessica Simpson brand in an April 2, 2015 announcement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company also said the collection covered 31 product categories and worked with nearly 20 licensees. Those are historical company-reported figures: retail sales are not the same as the brand’s revenue, profit, valuation or Jessica Simpson’s personal wealth.
Sequential said it closed its acquisition of a majority interest in the brand on April 8, 2015. Its announcements described a deal involving the Jessica Simpson Collection master license and other rights, and said Simpson would retain the balance of the equity at that time. Those statements explain the arrangement then; they do not establish the collection’s current ownership structure.
What did the business sell?
The 2015 announcement presented the collection as a licensed lifestyle business rather than a single-product fashion label. Its named categories included footwear, apparel, fragrance, fashion accessories, maternity apparel, girls’ clothing and home products.

The brand’s official FAQ now describes an assortment of more than 33 product categories and thousands of products. That is the brand’s own current description, not an independently audited count or a measure of sales. The official shop highlights shoes, clothing, swim and heels, and displays styles including the Immie Platform Sandal and Dany T-Strap Platform Sandal. Listings and inventory can change.
Where can you buy Jessica Simpson products?
The official shop is one current point of access. The brand FAQ also says some products are sold through department stores and specialty retailers. For home products, it names Amazon, Macy’s and Wayfair. These are channel descriptions from the brand; they do not mean every retailer carries every category or that a particular item is currently in stock.

If you are looking specifically for Jessica Simpson women’s platform sandals, the official store confirms that the brand sells platform styles.
