Through 11:11 Media, the company she co-founded with Bruce Gersh, television and digital content can feed into licensing and retail products; fragrance is the longest-running example, while newer categories show how the portfolio continues to develop.
How Paris Hilton’s business model works
11:11 Media describes itself as a global media content company founded by Hilton and Bruce Gersh. Its divisions span television, audio, digital, impact and licensing. That structure gives the company an operating platform for extending Hilton’s public identity across different formats, rather than treating each product as an isolated endorsement. 11:11 Media’s company overview
The commercial logic is to build recognizable properties, reach audiences through media, then extend those properties through partnerships and products. Axios reported that 11:11’s stated objective is to monetize franchises across media, commerce and brand partnerships. The company’s “Sliving” mindset, Hilton told Axios, informs its television projects, impact programs and product launches. That is an executive description of the strategy, not independent evidence of results.
Cooking with Paris as a media-to-retail example
Axios reported that Cooking with Paris was followed by a cookware line at Walmart in 2023. It is a useful illustration of how a media property can be linked to a consumer product and retail distribution. It does not, by itself, establish that the show caused a particular level of sales. The same report described a sales target as an expectation, not a realized result. Axios’s November 2024 report on 11:11 Media

Why fragrance is the clearest established product line
Paris Hilton for Women launched in 2004, according to the official fragrance brand history. The brand identifies ICONIC as Hilton’s 30th fragrance and lists products including Paris Hilton for Women Eau de Parfum, ICONIC Eau de Parfum, Heiress Eau de Parfum and men’s fragrances. This long-running category offers a concrete example of a personal brand becoming a repeat product business. Paris Hilton Fragrances’ brand history and product list
The brand says Hilton remains involved in the creative process; the available account does not establish that she personally formulates each fragrance. In the brand’s published statement, Hilton describes a childhood interest in perfume and calls ICONIC the next chapter for Paris Hilton Fragrances. The significance is the continuity between her public image and a category that can sustain successive launches.

How broad—and how proven—is the portfolio?
Beyond fragrance and cookware, 11:11 Media’s divisions indicate a mix of content, licensing and impact work. Axios reported that the company had a 2024 beauty joint venture with Guthy-Renker, with Hilton as creative director and majority stakeholder at the time. That report does not establish the venture’s current status or current product availability.
In June 2025, Axios reported a Motorola Razr+ collaboration, children’s apparel, plans for children’s products and a Paris & Pups book series. The distinctions matter: the apparel and book series were reported developments, while toys and other children’s products were plans. Hilton also spoke of hotel projects as an ambition; the report does not establish that these are operating hotel assets. Axios’s June 2025 interview and report

- Paris Hilton does not need a lot of announcement
- Everything is already familiar; she is an actress, model, heiress, always followed by camera flashes
- This perfume carries her name and was presented in 2005, as her first perfume
- Country Of Origin: United States
The breadth is evidence of a portfolio strategy, not proof that every category performs equally well. The sources do not provide comparable, audited profitability by business line, so it is not possible to rank fragrance, licensing, media or newer extensions by profit.
What the financial figures do—and do not—show
11:11 Media’s official licensing page says its licenses have generated over $4 billion in retail sales and cites more than 60 million consumers. The page does not specify a measurement period for the retail-sales figure. Both numbers are company-reported claims, not audited financial statements or an independently verified current audience count.

Axios reported in November 2024 that 11:11 executives expected around $50 million in revenue for 2024 and a profit margin above 50%. These were projections made before that year had ended, not verified final results. They measure something different from the company’s cumulative retail-sales claim: revenue and margin are not the same as retail sales, and neither figure establishes Hilton’s personal net worth.
Axios also attributed to 11:11 Media president and co-founder Bruce Gersh a count of more than 20 startup investments, focused on web3, gaming and AI. This describes the company’s stated investment activity; it is not a measure of returns. Together, the figures suggest the kinds of scale and activity the company says it is pursuing, but they do not supply a complete financial account.

Why Hilton’s public image is part of the business
Hilton’s name and persona provide a recognizable through-line across otherwise different categories. Axios quoted her reflecting that audiences first encountered her through The Simple Life and the character she played. Her business approach builds on that visibility by translating it into content, collaborations and products, while 11:11 Media provides a company structure to coordinate those extensions.
That is a more useful explanation than the shorthand “famous for being famous”: it identifies the mechanism—audience recognition, media properties, partnerships and licensing—without claiming every extension succeeds or that public visibility alone explains its commercial performance. As Hilton told Axios, “Everything we do at 11:11, from our TV projects to our impact programs to every new product launch, is designed with the ‘Sliving’ mindset”. Gersh described the approach as integrating brands into culture and pop culture; both are company leaders explaining their own strategy, rather than independent assessments of its outcomes.
