Disney Treasure is a Disney Cruise Line ship built around adventure-themed storytelling, from an Aladdin-inspired Grand Hall to a Coco-themed dining experience and the AquaMouse water attraction. For a first look, the essentials are its signature spaces, rotating restaurants, stage shows, family facilities and live deck plan.
What is the Disney Treasure like?
Disney frames the ship around adventure, drawing on Disney animation, Pixar stories and theme-park references. Its central gathering space, the Grand Hall, combines Asian and African influences with Agrabah from Aladdin. At the grand staircase, a life-size bronze statue depicts Aladdin, Princess Jasmine and Magic Carpet. The hall also hosts character encounters and short story retellings by Treasure “Sea”kers. AquaMouse: Curse of the Golden Egg
AquaMouse is a Mickey Mouse animated-short attraction at sea. Disney’s 2023 announcement describes two-person vehicles traveling through 760 feet of winding tubes, with a story in which Mickey and Minnie explore an ancient temple. That figure and description are Disney’s published specifications, not an independent ride measurement or review. Disney’s announcement of the ship’s features has further details.
Lounges inspired by attractions and stories
The ship’s themed lounges include Skipper Society, inspired by Jungle Cruise; Periscope Pub, drawing on 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea; and Haunted Mansion Parlor. Disney says these lounges are adult-exclusive at night, but may host family activities during the day. The Disney Treasure guide recommends checking the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the latest activity schedule.

What can you eat and see on board?
Rotational dining
Disney’s rotational dining system assigns guests to different restaurants while their service team rotates with them. The three main dining venues are 1923, Worlds of Marvel and Plaza de Coco. Plaza de Coco is a theatrical dining experience themed around Pixar’s Coco.
Disney’s original ship announcement described a seven-night sailing visiting Plaza de Coco twice, with different entertainment each night. That is an announcement about the planned experience, not a guarantee for every current sailing; check the arrangements for your cruise.

Raise and lower the anchor, just like a real pirate ship.
- Built-In Storage: The back of the ship swings opens to reveal a cargo hold big enough to stow the treasure chest and small boat. The treasure chest opens to store the 3 pieces of treasure.
Stage shows and storytelling
Disney’s April 2025 guide lists three productions in the Walt Disney Theatre: Disney The Tale of Moana, Beauty and the Beast and Disney Seas the Adventure. Disney describes Disney The Tale of Moana as an exclusive stage adaptation featuring large-scale puppetry, immersive design and an original song. The Grand Hall provides another setting for performances and short storytelling appearances.
What facilities are there for families?
Disney lists six pools and several age-focused youth spaces. Oceaneer Club is for children ages 3–10, while Edge and Vibe are dedicated tween and teen areas. Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods is a poolside quick-service venue. Disney’s onboard guide provides its current overview of these facilities.

How do you check staterooms and deck plans?
Disney lists 1,246 staterooms on the ship. Its live Disney Treasure deck-plan page lets visitors browse decks and filter for Concierge, Verandah, Oceanview and Inside categories. The page cautions that some room categories may differ due to upcoming enhancements, so use the current plan rather than relying on an older category list when comparing cabins.
What itinerary did the ship launch with?
Disney announced a seven-night Eastern Caribbean maiden voyage from Port Canaveral departing December 21, 2024, followed by inaugural-season seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries. The ship has since embarked on that maiden voyage. What should you compare when planning a Disney Treasure cruise?
For a practical first comparison, look at the current stateroom category and deck location, the dining and show experiences that interest your party, and which youth or pool facilities suit the ages in your group. Disney’s official descriptions explain the ship’s intended themes and offerings, but they do not establish comparative value, food quality, crowd levels, service quality or a ranking against other ships.
