Entertainment Tonight’s July 7, 2024 recap of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? described Jasmine confronting Gino over what she saw as a lack of support at her pageant. She said she felt rejected and referred to depression, alopecia and homesickness. Gino said frequent arguments had affected his attraction to her and criticized her appearance. In the same episode, Jasmine accused Gino of pornography addiction; the recap reports that he denied it. These are remarks made in the episode, not independently established facts about either person.
Did Jasmine cheat on Gino?
Available reporting does not establish that she did. Gino made the allegation, and Jasmine denied it. The disagreement concerns both what happened before the couple agreed to an open marriage and what rules applied afterward.

What each said about the open-marriage agreement
The Independent reported on February 19, 2025 that 90 Day: The Last Resort showed the couple discussing an open marriage. According to the report, Jasmine wanted to date others, while Gino wanted outside connections to be physical rather than emotional. That televised discussion does not, by itself, settle what the couple later agreed or whether either person broke an agreement.
In TV Insider’s account of the breakup episode, Gino alleged Jasmine had cheated with Matt before the open-marriage agreement. Jasmine said her time with Matt before that agreement was at the gym, and that calls between them were related to rides because Gino would not drive her. Those are opposing accounts, not a finding that resolves the allegation.
Why phone records do not settle the allegation
TV Insider reported in November 2025 that Gino posted Jasmine’s call records and described them as evidence of cheating. Jasmine denied cheating and objected to the exposure of private information. Call records can show that calls occurred; they do not establish what the calls concerned or whether a relationship was romantic. The report does not independently verify the records’ provenance, either.
Why did Jasmine and Gino split?
TV Insider reported that an episode aired July 20, 2025 showed Jasmine and Gino agreeing to split after nearly five years together. The scene was filmed in 2024, so its broadcast date should not be mistaken for the date of the conversation. In the scene, Jasmine said, “I might sleep in my house tonight, with my husband,” reflecting her hope before the meeting’s purpose became clear.

The report said Jasmine posted the day after the episode aired about the feelings brought back by watching it, describing fear, humiliation, heartbreak and feeling abandoned. She wrote, “It was traumatizing. It changed me forever.” In a November 2025 interview with Extra, Jasmine called Gino “vindictive” and described Matt’s support as “the healthiest kind of love that I have experienced.” Those are Jasmine’s characterizations of her experience, not neutral findings about either relationship.

Jasmine announced in February 2025 that she was expecting a child with Matt Branistareanu, according to The Independent. Jasmine spoke publicly about alopecia
TLC reported on October 21, 2025 that Jasmine had discussed alopecia, hair loss and regrowth, and chose to buzz her hair. Matt shaved his head in solidarity. TLC presented the moment as Jasmine’s personal disclosure and awareness message, not a scandal. In a caption quoted by the outlet, she wrote: “Didn’t just shave my head. He helped me shed the pain I carried. Alopecia, PTSD, anxiety, postpartum…Through it all, he stood by me with love. This moment wasn’t about hair, it was about healing together.” These health details are her own disclosure, not a medical assessment.
A February 2026 update focused on work and study
In a February 18, 2026 update, TLC reported that Jasmine shared a video of herself cleaning an office building. She said the part-time job helped pay for real-estate courses: “I clean offices part time to help pay for my real estate courses. It’s not glamorous, but it’s honest work and it’s helping me get closer to my goal.” TLC also quoted her asking followers for cleaning advice. This is later personal context rather than part of the earlier relationship allegations.
