Michael Ilesanmi and Angela Deem are not reported to be reconciling: TMZ reported that their divorce settlement was completed on March 10, 2026. Michael has since been presented in coverage of 90 Day: Hunt for Love as single and open to dating. Those updates make the title’s reconciliation premise outdated; the useful question is what the available reporting actually says about their split—and what it does not establish.
What is the current status of Michael and Angela’s relationship?
According to TMZ’s March 10, 2026 report, Michael announced that the divorce was official, and records TMZ said it reviewed confirmed a settlement agreement that day. This is reporting about court records, not a direct review of the court docket here. The available reporting describes a divorce settlement, not an active reconciliation.

That distinction matters because a couple’s history on television, old scenes, or fan speculation cannot establish that they are getting back together. Here are ten realities that put the reconciliation question in context.
10 realities behind the reconciliation question
1. The reported divorce settlement is the clearest status update
TMZ’s report of the March 10, 2026 settlement is concrete evidence that the marriage was reported to have ended in divorce. It does not support presenting reconciliation as an ongoing possibility or mutual plan.

2. Michael’s explanation for leaving is his account
In a preview for 90 Day: Hunt for Love Season 2, Michael recalled leaving Angela in February 2024. TV Insider quoted him saying: “I woke up in the morning, [and] I realized, like, you know what? I can’t take it anymore.” That conveys his stated perspective at the time; it is not an independent account of every disputed part of the relationship. (TV Insider, October 2, 2026)
3. A separation story does not explain every part of a marriage
Michael’s recalled words explain how he described his decision to leave. They do not, by themselves, settle questions of fault or establish the full circumstances of the separation. The available reporting does not justify turning a brief recollection into a definitive account of both people’s experience.
4. Angela’s private intentions are not established
The cited current coverage does not provide a comparably current, attributable statement from Angela about wanting to reconcile. That absence is not proof of what she feels or hopes; it means her private intentions should not be guessed at or presented as fact.
5. The legal story has changed since 2024
In a September 23, 2024 press release, Michael said he was involved in litigation with his estranged wife in Jeff Davis County, Georgia. That is historical context, not the current status: it predates TMZ’s March 2026 report of a completed divorce settlement. (PR Newswire, September 23, 2024)

TV Insider’s preview presents Michael as a single man appearing in Season 2 of 90 Day: Hunt for Love. A dating-focused television appearance can show that he is participating in that storyline; it does not establish that he has entered a lasting relationship.
Rank #2
7. A reported crush is not a confirmed couple
Complex reported that Michael was ready to mingle and had a crush on Brittany Banks. A reported interest is not the same as a confirmed relationship, and it says nothing definitive about Angela’s wishes. (Complex, October 3, 2026)
8. The show’s edit is not a complete record
90 Day Fiancé footage is entertainment content, not a comprehensive independent account of a marriage or its legal proceedings. Scenes may show what was filmed and selected for broadcast, but they cannot substitute for court records or dated, attributable statements when establishing current status.
9. Their shared television history does not predict what comes next
Years of shared appearances can keep viewers invested in a couple’s story, but familiarity and nostalgia are not evidence that the people involved plan to reunite. The reported divorce and Michael’s later dating-show framing are more relevant to the present than old episodes or online theories.
10. Streaming and casting details can change
Spinoff coverage describes Michael’s appearance, but schedules, cast details, and streaming catalogs can vary by time and region. CinemaBlend has mentioned HBO Max for past episodes, but that secondary, time-sensitive reference is not a guarantee of current availability in every location. (CinemaBlend)
