Spoilers for Season 1, Episode 6, “Good Southern Manors.” Two fire-department employees are reported fired: an argumentative dispatcher and a supervisor who allegedly paid himself 20 hours of overtime each week. The available recap excerpt does not name them. Blue Bennings is threatened with termination, but Don refuses to fire him; Cammie’s job is safe after the dispatch boss’s embezzlement is exposed.
Who is actually fired?
Yahoo’s indexed recap excerpt reports that two department employees lose their jobs: an argumentative dispatcher and a supervisor accused of paying himself 20 hours of overtime each week. The excerpt does not identify either employee by name, so those roles are the most specific supported answer. The overtime figure is a plot detail attributed to the recap, not a general statistic. That account does not establish whether the unnamed supervisor is the same person as the dispatch boss whose embezzlement is uncovered elsewhere in the episode. The characters should not be treated as the same person without confirmation.
Is Blue fired?
No. Edward Raleigh offers money to help address department layoffs on the condition that Don fire Blue Bennings. Don rejects the condition and instead uses evidence that Edward’s distillery has been taking city water as leverage in their funding dispute. TVLine reports that the water discovery gives Don leverage over Edward; Blue’s firing is demanded, not carried out. TVLine’s episode recap

What happens to Cammie at dispatch?
New efficiency oversight at the call center draws criticism of Cammie even for saying “please” and “thank you.” But the dispatch boss’s embezzlement is uncovered, and TVLine reports that Cammie’s job is safe. That outcome is distinct from the two firings described in Yahoo’s indexed excerpt; the available reporting does not establish the identities of those employees.
