Only one name on this list has clear, recent evidence of attending a Brentford match: Claudia Schiffer, who watched the club’s first home game of the 2025/26 season in a Brentford shirt. The other links range from reported supporter status to historical connections; they do not add up to six verified regular matchgoers.
What counts as evidence of support?
A documented appearance at a match is different from a reported supporter connection, and both are different from a past role or an old association. The names below are included because they have been linked to Brentford in published accounts—not because every one has been confirmed as a current fan or regular at Gtech Community Stadium.
| Name | What the source says | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Claudia Schiffer | Premier League profile reports she attended Brentford’s first home match of 2025/26 wearing a club shirt. Premier League profile | Recent, specific match attendance |
| Matthew Vaughn | The same profile reports that he and Schiffer became minority shareholders in July 2025. It does not say he attended the match described. Premier League profile | Reported ownership, not match attendance |
| Ed O’Brien | A Wikipedia-derived Brentford history result describes the Radiohead guitarist as a supporter and season-ticket holder. Brentford club-history page | Secondary supporter claim; date and current status not established |
| Rick Wakeman | The same history result says the former Yes keyboardist was a club director for a year in 1979. Brentford club-history page | Historical club role, not proof of current fandom |
| Greg Dyke | FourFourTwo describes him as a Brentford fan while noting a claim that he also follows Manchester United. FourFourTwo | Reported supporter association, with a caveat |
| Dean Gaffney | FourFourTwo lists the EastEnders actor as a Brentford supporter. The cited account does not document regular attendance. FourFourTwo | Reported supporter claim |
| Phil Collins | FourFourTwo says he used to watch Brentford before getting a QPR season ticket. FourFourTwo | Historical association, not current support |
| Natalie Sawyer | A Tribuna roundup identifies the former Sky Sports presenter as a Brentford supporter, without establishing match attendance. Tribuna roundup | Secondary supporter claim |
Claudia Schiffer: the clearest matchday sighting
The Premier League reports that Schiffer attended Brentford’s first home game of the 2025/26 season against Aston Villa at Gtech Community Stadium, wearing a Brentford shirt. That is the strongest match-specific evidence among these names. It documents one appearance, not a pattern of regular attendance.
The Premier League profile also reports that Schiffer and her husband, filmmaker Matthew Vaughn, became minority shareholders in Brentford in July 2025. Schiffer said on Instagram, as quoted by the league: “I’m very excited that I’m now officially involved in a football club and look forward to experiencing its beauty.” The ownership news gives context to her involvement; it does not independently establish Vaughn’s presence at that match.

Ed O’Brien
A secondary club-history result links Radiohead guitarist Ed O’Brien to Brentford as a supporter and season-ticket holder. The available account does not identify a particular match or establish whether the season-ticket claim remains current, so it should be treated as a reported association rather than a recent sighting.
Greg Dyke
FourFourTwo calls Greg Dyke a Brentford fan, but its account also notes a claim that he follows Manchester United. That makes the Brentford connection worth mentioning with its qualification, not as proof of exclusive allegiance or match attendance.

Dean Gaffney
FourFourTwo lists actor Dean Gaffney as a Brentford supporter. The cited feature supplies no match appearance or attendance pattern, so the claim supports a reported connection only.
Natalie Sawyer
A Tribuna roundup identifies former Sky Sports presenter Natalie Sawyer as a Brentford supporter. The available account does not document her at a match, so it cannot answer whether she has been seen in the stands.

Historical links: Rick Wakeman and Phil Collins
Rick Wakeman
Rick Wakeman’s link is institutional and historical: a secondary Brentford history result says the Yes keyboardist served as a club director for a year in 1979. A past directorship is not evidence that he is a current supporter or matchgoer.
Phil Collins
FourFourTwo describes Phil Collins as someone who used to watch Brentford before taking out a QPR season ticket. The phrasing places the connection in the past; it should not be recast as current Brentford support.

So, have these celebrities been seen at a Brentford match?
For Schiffer, yes: the Premier League specifically reports her at a 2025/26 home match in a Brentford shirt. For the other names, the cited material establishes reported supporter links or historical connections, but not a comparable set of documented recent appearances. These eight names therefore make a roundup of celebrity associations—not a verified roll call of six current regular attendees.
