Recent entertainment coverage reports Nina Ali at an estimated $1 billion, Kathy Hilton at $350 million, Natalie Swanston Fuller at $300 million and Bethenny Frankel at $80 million—but these are publishers’ estimates, not audited disclosures. The available figures support a snapshot of several high-profile claims, not a defensible top 30.
What the available estimates say
The figures below are reported estimates in U.S. dollars, drawn from entertainment rankings published between 2023 and June 2026. They are not measurements made using a shared valuation method. The order is therefore illustrative, not a definitive ranking of personal wealth.
| Person | Franchise association | Reported estimate | Publisher and date | What the source says about the estimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nina Ali | The Real Housewives of Dubai | Estimated $1 billion | Legit.ng, 2026 | The article says much of the wealth is tied to her husband, Munaf Ali, rather than establishing that it is Ali’s individually owned wealth. |
| Kathy Hilton | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $350 million | Legit.ng, May 2026 | The article describes her wealth as largely connected to her marriage into the Hilton family. |
| Natalie Swanston Fuller | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $300 million | Legit.ng, May 2026 | A publisher estimate; the cited ranking does not establish an audited personal net worth. |
| Diana Jenkins | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $300 million | The Tab, 2023 | An older estimate from a cross-franchise list; it is not directly comparable to the 2026 Beverly Hills list. |
| Kyle Richards | The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills | Estimated $100 million | Legit.ng, May 2026 | A publisher estimate, not an audited disclosure. |
| Bethenny Frankel | The Real Housewives of New York City | Estimated $80 million | Legit.ng, June 2026 | The article says its list compiles published estimates. |
These six entries cannot responsibly be expanded into a ranked top 30 from the sources available. Their dates, franchise scopes and methods differ, and the lists do not establish a common rule for including current cast members, former cast members or “friends of.”
Why the ranking is provisional
Estimated net worth is not an audited figure
The cited entertainment articles compile published estimates; they do not provide audited financial statements or a uniform method for valuing assets and liabilities. A reported net worth should not be read as confirmed cash, a verified balance sheet or a figure the cast member has disclosed.

Household, family and individual wealth are different
The distinction matters most where a source explicitly ties an estimate to a spouse or family. Legit.ng says much of Nina Ali’s reported fortune is associated with her husband, Munaf Ali, and describes Kathy Hilton’s wealth as largely tied to her marriage into the Hilton family. Those descriptions do not establish how assets are owned or divided. A household-linked estimate is not interchangeable with wealth demonstrably held by an individual.
Different years can produce misleading comparisons
The Tab’s 2023 cross-franchise list estimated Diana Jenkins at $300 million; Legit.ng’s May 2026 Beverly Hills ranking estimated Natalie Swanston Fuller at the same amount. The matching dollar figures do not make the two people equivalent in wealth, nor do they show a consistent valuation approach. Both names, dates and publishers matter when comparing claims.

What the franchise can—and cannot—tell you about wealth
On-screen homes, wardrobes and travel are not financial statements. The Daily Beast’s 2026 coverage of Heather Dubrow’s lifestyle also notes that she disputed a claim that her husband’s wealth was inherited, illustrating why claims about where someone’s money came from need attribution rather than inference from appearances.
Housewives fame can also create business opportunities and supplementary income, but it does not make the resulting earnings or ownership stakes public by itself. In a 2026 anniversary feature, The Atlantic quoted television scholar Martina Baldwin describing the work as contingent on continued performance and network and production approval: “They go on knowing that if they do well, if they perform to the network’s liking and to the production’s liking, they will have an opportunity to continue this job, much like a working actor.” That is useful context about the television work, not evidence of any cast member’s net worth.
