This Collider-attributed ranking, preserved by List Challenges, puts Everything Everywhere All at Once first and Uncut Gems second. It is an editorial selection, not an objective canon: other publishers rank A24-associated films differently, and “A24 film” can mean a movie the company distributed or produced. The list is most useful as a guide to the range of films associated with A24, from intimate drama to high-pressure crime stories and horror.
How to read this ranking
The sequence below follows the 24-title order on List Challenges, which attributes the ranking to Collider. The underlying Collider page was not directly confirmed, so the order is best understood as a reproduced editorial list rather than a definitive measure of quality. Other rankings use different methods: Ranker presents a voter ranking, while JustWatch published its own separate editorial top ten. Neither establishes a universal consensus.

A24’s relationship to a film may involve distribution, production, or both; the label does not mean the company played the same role in every title. Use the ranking as a starting point, then choose by genre, tone, and how intense or approachable a viewing experience you want.
The 24 A24-associated films, ranked
-
Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)
Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s multiverse adventure is the list’s most maximalist entry, mixing science fiction, action, comedy, and family drama. A24 describes it as “a hilarious and big-hearted sci-fi action adventure” about an exhausted Chinese American woman, played by Michelle Yeoh, who cannot seem to finish her taxes. The film is a lively first choice if you want a quick sense of how far an A24-associated movie can move between genres. A24’s film page dates it to 2022 and credits the Daniels as writers and directors.

Uncut Gems
A sustained pressure-cooker crime story, the Safdie brothers’ film is built around mounting risk and restless momentum. It is a strong pick for viewers who want tension rather than comfort, but its intensity makes it a less gentle introduction than a quieter drama.
-
Aftersun
Charlotte Wells’s intimate drama favors memory, fragments, and emotional inference over a conventional plot-heavy structure. Choose it for a reflective, quietly affecting film rather than a brisk or explanatory one.
-
Past Lives
Celine Song’s restrained romantic drama follows the emotional weight of connection, time, and choices. Its measured tone makes it one of the more accessible starting points for viewers drawn to character-led stories rather than genre shocks.

-
The Lighthouse
Robert Eggers’s black-and-white psychological horror film traps two lighthouse keepers in an increasingly unstable world. Its stylized performances and deliberately disorienting mood make it a more demanding watch than a straightforward thriller.

Where to watch these films
Streaming availability depends on country, service, and date, so a title’s presence on a platform can change. Check a current title-specific listing in your region before subscribing or renting. JustWatch’s separate ten-film guide reported checking 374 streaming services on October 6–7, 2026; that is a dated service-check count, not a promise that every title is available everywhere or a measure of the whole market. Its list is not the same as this 24-film ranking.
Choosing your first watch
- For a lively genre blend: Start with Everything Everywhere All at Once.
- For tightly wound crime: Try Uncut Gems or Good Time.
- For intimate, grounded drama: Pick Past Lives, Minari, or The Farewell.
- For horror: Choose Hereditary or Midsommar for slow-building dread, Green Room for survival tension, or Talk to Me for supernatural horror.
- For a gentler watch: Consider Marcel the Shell With Shoes On, Lady Bird, or C’mon C’mon.
If you prefer physical editions, A24’s shop also lists a 236-page screenplay book for Everything Everywhere All at Once with production sketches and supplemental material. Its store has Blu-rays and books associated with other films on this list as well, including Moonlight, Midsommar, and The Lighthouse; stock and formats should be checked on the current listings.
