There is no shared scorecard for deciding which celebrity wax figures are “the best.” This curated list favors figures with a distinctive look or setting, recognizable subjects, and specific details documented by the museums or reported by a news outlet. Each entry names its location because attractions can display different figures of the same celebrity, and exhibits may change.
What makes a celebrity wax figure worth seeing?
Costume and pose can make an exhibit memorable even when there is no independent comparison of likeness. The selections below span music, film, sport, and public life, with details that give each display a clear identity. Most examples are at Madame Tussauds, but the list also includes Musée Grévin in Paris.
Museum descriptions are useful for identifying outfits and exhibit concepts, but promotional praise is not an independent assessment of realism. Madame Tussauds London says figures may be rotated or temporarily unavailable; check the attraction’s current information before planning around a particular display. The museum recommends allowing approximately two hours to experience all areas of its London attraction.
12 celebrity wax figures worth seeing
1. Taylor Swift — Madame Tussauds London
In London’s Impossible Festival zone, Swift’s figure wears a sparkling outfit and takes a performance pose, making it a natural stop for a concert-style photo. Madame Tussauds London highlights the costume and photo opportunity in its guide to must-see figures. This is a different installation from the Taylor Swift figure at Madame Tussauds Orlando, which is styled in a black sequined Roberto Cavalli catsuit with red snake detailing and a matching microphone, inspired by her Reputation era.

- EARTHQUAKE PREPAREDNESS & DISPLAY STABILITY: Helps reduce movement of delicate collectibles during everyday bumps and seismic activity. Ideal for shelves, curio cabinets, tabletops, and home or office displays.
2. Harry Styles — Madame Tussauds London
The London figure recreates Styles’s hunter-green Gucci suit, pistachio trousers, ivory boots, green bag, and pearl necklace from the My Policeman premiere. The specific red-carpet styling makes this a strong choice for visitors interested in fashion as much as celebrity likeness. Madame Tussauds also lists Styles in its Hollywood updates and New York directory, but those listings should not be taken to mean the same outfit appears in every city.
3. Idris Elba — Madame Tussauds London
Elba’s London figure wears a blue suit and patent Christian Louboutin shoes associated with his meeting with King Charles. The attraction emphasizes the figure’s detail; that praise is the museum’s own description, rather than an independent evaluation. The carefully specified outfit gives visitors a recognizable public appearance to look for.

4. Timothée Chalamet — Madame Tussauds London
In the attraction’s Awards Party zone, Chalamet wears an Alexander McQueen suit he selected, according to the museum’s figure page. That connection between the subject and the styling is a useful distinction for a figure whose appeal is partly about red-carpet fashion.
5. Elton John — Madame Tussauds London
John’s figure is posed in his signature 1975 keyboard handstand, wearing a bejewelled Bob Mackie jumpsuit and glasses beside a rhinestone baby grand piano. The theatrical pose turns the display into a compact scene rather than a conventional standing portrait, and the London guide identifies those details among its must-see examples.

6. Bad Bunny — Madame Tussauds Hollywood
Madame Tussauds Hollywood describes this as Bad Bunny’s fourth wax figure. Crafted in London and inspired by his 2021 Grammy Awards look, it features patent leather boots and his signature jewelry. The attraction’s What’s New page provides the figure-specific details. Other Madame Tussauds locations also list Bad Bunny, but their displays may differ.
7. Lady Gaga — Madame Tussauds Hollywood
Gaga’s Hollywood figure draws on her 2019 Oscars ensemble: a black gown, gloves, jewelry, hairstyle, and shoes, with recreated tattoos. The precise look is a reason to seek it out if you enjoy performances and award-show fashion; it is not, by itself, evidence that the likeness is superior to other figures.

8. Brad Pitt — Madame Tussauds Hollywood
Pitt’s figure recreates the charcoal windowpane suit, gray barrel-cuff shirt, and boots he wore at the UK premiere of Babylon. The outfit gives the exhibit a specific film-era reference point. Madame Tussauds Hollywood’s updates describe the clothing, not a comparative judgment of the figure’s accuracy.
9. Beyoncé — Madame Tussauds Orlando
The Orlando figure channels Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter era in a red, white, and blue fringed suede jacket, crystallized denim shorts, flag-themed platform heels, a durag, cowboy hat, and silver buckle. The bold, coordinated styling makes the display stand out from a standard portrait pose. Madame Tussauds Orlando documents the outfit in its What’s New updates.

10. Lionel Messi — Madame Tussauds Orlando
Messi appears in an Inter Miami CF jersey in a stadium setting. The scene gives the figure a sports context, rather than placing him in a generic celebrity lineup, and adds an athletic subject to a selection otherwise weighted toward entertainers.
11. Maluma — Madame Tussauds Orlando
Maluma’s Orlando figure wears a white custom Versace double-breasted suit. The attraction calls it its first South American figure launch; that “first” is Madame Tussauds Orlando’s characterization, not a broader industry milestone. The outfit and launch context make the exhibit a useful addition to a list that reaches beyond Hollywood and UK pop culture.
12. Princess Diana — Musée Grévin, Paris
Musée Grévin unveiled a life-size Diana figure on November 20, 2025, wearing a replica of her black off-the-shoulder dress from 1994. The Associated Press reported that the museum’s director commissioned it after finding the London likeness underwhelming. That is the director’s reported motivation, not a consensus verdict on either figure. The Paris display earns a place here for its distinctive historical reference and for bringing a non-Tussauds attraction into the selection.

Wax figures and themed zones can be rotated, updated, or temporarily unavailable, so a listing is not a guarantee that a particular exhibit will be on view on your visit date. Madame Tussauds London explicitly advises visitors to check availability. For other attractions, confirm the current figure and location with the museum before making it the focus of a trip.
