Celebrity fashion brands span shapewear, denim, activewear and luxury clothing, but a famous founder’s name does not prove that person still owns a majority stake. This list focuses on ten labels associated with celebrity founders or co-founders. For several older examples, the available coverage establishes their historical connection—not their current ownership or whether they remain active in 2026.

What counts as a celebrity-owned fashion brand?

“Celebrity brand” can describe different relationships: someone may have founded or co-founded a label, lead its creative direction, or simply collaborate with it. Those roles are not interchangeable, and none alone establishes a current equity stake. The sources available for these ten labels do not provide comparable ownership breakdowns.

The list therefore identifies each person’s documented role and the label’s fashion focus. It is a guide to celebrity-founded or celebrity-associated fashion brands, not a verified ranking of current celebrity ownership, product quality or fit.

10 fashion brands associated with celebrities

1. Savage X Fenty — Rihanna

Savage X Fenty’s About page identifies Rihanna as its founder and dates the brand’s establishment to 2018. Its range includes lingerie, everyday basics, men’s essentials, sleepwear, loungewear and bridal styles. It is separate from Fenty Beauty, Rihanna’s beauty business; the company’s FAQ concerns that separate brand.

2. SKIMS — Kim Kardashian, Emma Grede and Jens Grede

SKIMS is not accurately described as Kim Kardashian’s solo venture. Vogue’s profile of Emma Grede identifies Kardashian as a co-founder and Grede as a founding partner and chief product officer; Jens Grede is also named among the founders. SKIMS’s storefront describes products including underwear, clothing and shapewear. Kardashian is also described as chief creative officer, not as a proven majority owner. In 2026, Nike announced a NikeSKIMS collaboration; a partnership does not by itself establish ownership of the other company.

3. Good American — Khloé Kardashian and Emma Grede

Khloé Kardashian and Emma Grede co-founded Good American, with Grede serving as CEO, according to Vogue. The label launched with denim and has been described as size-inclusive in Glamour’s 2020 roundup. That launch-era description is not a current size-range or fit guide; check the brand’s current product listings for those details.

4. Fabletics — Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson is a co-founder of Fabletics, not its sole or demonstrably majority owner. Glamour identifies her founding role, while the brand’s current About page describes its business as activewear and lifestyle apparel.

5. Draper James — Reese Witherspoon

Draper James’s official site identifies Reese Witherspoon as founder, dates the label to 2015 and displays a Fall ’26 collection. It offers women’s clothing and lifestyle goods. Witherspoon describes her founding vision as “a lifestyle brand for women like me; women who wanted clothes that were special but not precious, easy to put together and always polished.”

6. The Row — Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen

7. Victoria Beckham

The Victoria Beckham fashion house was founded in 2008, according to Gap Inc.’s announcement of a multi-season 2026 collaboration. The fashion house and the Gap collaboration are distinct: a capsule partnership is not evidence that Beckham owns Gap or that a partner owns her label.

9. Jessica Simpson Collection — Jessica Simpson

Glamour’s 2020 roundup describes the Jessica Simpson Collection as a fashion business that began with shoes in 2006 and later expanded into other categories. This is historical context, not confirmation of its current assortment or Simpson’s present ownership stake.

How to compare celebrity fashion labels

These brands occupy different parts of fashion, so their celebrity connections alone do not make them equivalent. A useful comparison starts with what each label sells and separates documented roles from claims about ownership.

Label Fashion focus described in available sources Celebrity role established by cited sources
Savage X Fenty Lingerie, basics, men’s essentials, sleepwear, loungewear and bridal styles Rihanna is founder
SKIMS Underwear, clothing and shapewear Kim Kardashian is co-founder and chief creative officer; Emma Grede is founding partner and chief product officer; Jens Grede is also named among the founders
Good American Denim at launch; size-inclusive description is from 2020 coverage Khloé Kardashian and Emma Grede are co-founders; Grede is CEO
Fabletics Activewear and lifestyle apparel Kate Hudson is co-founder
Draper James Women’s clothing and lifestyle goods Reese Witherspoon is founder
The Row Luxury fashion Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are founders
Victoria Beckham Fashion house; the cited 2026 source documents a Gap collaboration The fashion house was founded by Victoria Beckham
SJP Collection Shoes Sarah Jessica Parker is associated with the label; cited coverage reports a 2014 launch
Jessica Simpson Collection Shoes at launch, later described as spanning other fashion categories Jessica Simpson is associated with the collection in historical coverage
House of Harlow Fashion line; current assortment not established by cited coverage Nicole Richie is associated with the line in historical coverage

The current product descriptions are strongest where official brand pages are available. Older editorial roundups are useful for launch history and celebrity associations, but they cannot establish a label’s current ownership, operations, prices, size range or fit. No independent garment testing is presented here, so the list should not be read as a quality ranking.
