Paramount+ began rolling out the season in its other international markets on June 3, 2024. The season is already out, so the question is about a past release date, not an upcoming one.
The premiere date, by region
The date depends on where you are. Paramount+ announced the schedule in a March 28, 2024 press release from Paramount Press Express, and the regional split was part of that announcement.

If you are outside the United States and Canada, use June 3, 2024 as the start of your local rollout. The announced schedule did not give a single worldwide date, so the North American date should not be applied everywhere.
What the official source says
The Paramount Press Express release from March 28, 2024 reads: “MAYOR OF KINGSTOWN’s third season will premiere on Sunday, June 2 in the U.S. and Canada, and begin rolling out on June 3 in all other Paramount+ international markets.” Paramount+ also states on its own Mayor of Kingstown Season 3 explainer page that the season premiered June 2, 2024, and that it was exclusive to Paramount+.

Is season 3 still available?
The Paramount+ official trailer page for Season 3 lists all episodes as streaming. Availability on any streaming service can change with licensing, so check the Paramount+ title page for your region before you watch. The release date itself will not change.
Using the date correctly
When you cite the release, use the past tense (“premiered”) and keep the regional qualifier with the date. A line such as “Season 3 premiered on Paramount+ on June 2, 2024 in the United States and Canada, with international markets following on June 3” is accurate; “Season 3 premieres June 2” is not, because that date has passed.
Rank #2
- Use June 2, 2024 for the United States and Canada.
- Use June 3, 2024 as the start of the rollout in other Paramount+ international markets.
- Name Paramount+ as the streaming service, since the official sources identify it as the exclusive home of the season.
The official sources do not give audience figures or viewership numbers for the premiere, so any such figure should be sourced separately before it is used.
Coverage from Paramount+ and Paramount Press Express is the primary reference for this date. For a visual check, the Season 3 official trailer on Paramount+ is the company’s own page for the season.
