How the new cast fits the criminal-conspiracy story
Beck’s business and family
Hall’s Zachary Beck sits at the center of the business side of the plot. Amazon identifies Bizarre Bazaar as his rug-import company and connects it to the illegal operation. Berchtold plays Richard, Beck’s son, bringing the family into the story as Reacher enters the operation undercover. Richters’ Paulie is Beck’s bodyguard, adding a trained protector to the businessman’s orbit.
The DEA investigation
Cassidy’s Susan Duffy coordinates with Reacher as the investigation unfolds. Montesinos plays Villanueva, a veteran agent who serves as a mentor figure to Duffy, while Stewart’s Steven Elliot is a rookie DEA agent. Together, their roles establish a mix of experience and inexperience on the agency side of the case.

Reacher’s history with Quinn
Tee plays Quinn, the former military officer whose connection to Reacher reaches back to an earlier investigation. That history gives the current operation a personal thread alongside the effort to find the informant and examine Beck’s business. Skydance lists the character’s full name as “Frances Xavier Quinn”; Amazon’s cast guide calls him Quinn.
What is Reacher Season 3 about?
The season is based on Lee Child’s seventh Reacher novel, Persuader. Its central setup combines an undercover effort to rescue a DEA informant with an investigation into Beck’s import business, while Quinn brings Reacher’s past into the present case. Amazon’s Prime Video synopsis also describes Reacher foiling a kidnapping in Maine and joining a powerful family’s operation.

When did Season 3 premiere, and where can you watch it?
Amazon announced that Season 3 premiered exclusively on Prime Video on February 20, 2025, and the service currently lists it as available to stream. The Prime Video episode page contains eight episodes; its first-episode listing shows February 19, 2025, while the final episode page shows March 26, 2025. Because the first listing differs by one day from Amazon’s announced premiere date, February 20 is the clearest date to use for the season’s announced premiere rather than a universal local release time.
Prime Video labels the season Action and Suspense and rates it TV-MA. Its listed content advisories include violence, substance use, foul language, and sexual content.
