NCIS: Sydney Season 3 returned from its winter hiatus on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, according to Paramount+’s February 19 viewer guide. The season has since completed its run: CBS lists its two-part finale for May 12, 2026. The dates are now a retrospective schedule update, not an upcoming return.
When did NCIS: Sydney Season 3 return?
Paramount+ contributor Joseph McCabe wrote in a guide published February 19, 2026, that “NCIS: Sydney Season 3 returns on Tuesday, March 3, following its winter hiatus.” The official guide calls the break a winter hiatus but does not explain its cause or establish that the return was delayed from a previously announced date. There is a one-day difference in the official listings: CBS dates episode 9, “South of Nowhere,” to March 2, 2026, while Paramount+ identifies March 3 as the season’s return. Neither source explains the discrepancy, so the dates should be treated as separate source statements rather than reconciled as one confirmed date. CBS’s episode guide lists the episode date and the rest of the season’s schedule.
How the Season 3 schedule unfolded
The season premiered on October 14, 2025. Paramount+ reported that eight episodes had aired by February 19, 2026; CBS dates episode 8, “Turkey Shoot,” to December 9, 2025, and episode 9 to March 2, 2026. CBS lists episodes 19 and 20, the two-part finale, on May 12, 2026.

Paramount+’s eight-episode count is its statement as of February 19, not a final season total. CBS’s episode guide provides the later episode dates and finale listing.
Where could viewers watch Season 3?
In its February 2026 guide, Paramount+ described the U.S. schedule as new episodes airing Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. It said Paramount+ Premium subscribers could watch live, while on-demand episodes became available the day after their CBS broadcast on any Paramount+ plan. These are the terms stated in that dated guide, not a confirmation of current plan features or availability.
