Tiffany Wallace is the clearest answer: FBI makes her guilt over Agent Trevor Hobbs’ death an ongoing part of her Season 6 story. That does not establish an objective ranking of everyone’s grief, but Tiffany’s personal connection and the show’s explicit focus on her reaction make her the best-supported choice.
Why Tiffany Wallace is the strongest answer
In the Season 6 premiere, Tiffany encouraged Hobbs to follow a suspect during an undercover operation. Hobbs was shot and killed, leaving Tiffany to reckon with a decision she believed was sound and the loss of a colleague she cared about. An interview with actor Katherine Renee Kane describes that conflict and notes that, while the team gathers to raise a glass to Hobbs, Tiffany remains by herself. Read the interview.

Hobbs and Tiffany were closer than colleagues realized
Jeremy Sisto, who plays Jubal Valentine, said the cast had not understood how close Tiffany and Hobbs were because their friendship developed away from the office. In a ComicBook.com interview published May 21, 2024, Sisto described the depth of Tiffany’s reaction as a surprise to the cast. That off-duty friendship helps explain why Hobbs’ death lands as more than a professional loss for her. Read Sisto’s interview.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What “affected the most” means here
FBI does not provide a measurable ranking of how much each character grieves. Tiffany is the best-supported answer based on what the series and the reporting foreground: her role in the operation, her guilt, the continuing effect shown later in the season, and the closeness of her friendship with Hobbs. That supports an editorial judgment about emphasis, not a claim that other members of the team were unaffected.
