The video was directed by Charlie Sarsfield. Rolling Stone UK describes an opening in a snowy field among black roses, with YUNGBLUD riding a black horse. The imagery then shifts to a winged sequence and a black-and-white television-set performance before an orchestral closing scene on a mountain.

How long is the song?
The track’s precise runtime is 9 minutes and 6 seconds, according to Universal Music’s announcement. Apple Music lists it as nine minutes, rounding the duration. The release is a one-song Alternative single dated March 18, 2025.
Why did YUNGBLUD call it an opening statement?
Universal Music presented the song as the opening statement for Idols. In the label’s German-language announcement, YUNGBLUD described it as a journey back to himself: a farewell to the past and to how listeners may have known him, and a greeting to the future he wants to pursue. That English wording is a translation of his statement.

The available official-store listing verifies “Hello Heaven, Hello” as the first track on the Idols CD, and the store also lists an Idols vinyl edition. These are album formats, not evidence of a standalone physical single. The official artist store is the source for those listings.
