The available episode description does not confirm a dark-secret reveal, so that part of the original title should be treated as a hook—not a verified plot point.
What happens in Yakuza Fiancé episode 5?
Apple TV’s UK episode listing names the fifth episode “Princess Tsubaki,” gives its release date as 4 November 2024, and lists a 23-minute runtime. Its synopsis says Yoshino’s cousin Tsubaki is moving from Kyoto to Yokohama, prompting an outing with Yoshino and Kirishima. The listing establishes that setup, but not further episode events or revelations. View the Apple TV episode listing.
Who is Tsubaki?
Tsubaki is identified in the episode listing as Yoshino’s cousin. She is moving from Kyoto to Yokohama, and the move brings her together with Yoshino and Kirishima for an outing. The available listing does not supply more background about her motives or history.
Does Tsubaki reveal a dark secret?
The episode’s “dark secrets” framing is not substantiated by the accessible synopsis: it mentions Tsubaki’s move and the outing, but no secret or reveal. That does not establish what happens in every scene; it means the listing alone cannot support a claim that episode 5 reveals a secret. Any description of a specific revelation should be based on the episode itself and distinguished from interpretation.

How episode 5 fits the series
At the series level, Prime Video describes the premise as Yoshino entering an arranged marriage with Kirishima, whose outward presentation conceals a dangerous side. That context helps explain why an outing with the pair may invite tension, but it is not evidence of a particular event in episode 5. See Prime Video’s series page.

| Explore the manga | Digital manga chapters rather than an episode listing. | Kodansha’s K MANGA catalog identifies Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii as a manga by Asuka Konishi and lists chapter material. The episode listing is the clearest route for this specific installment; the manga catalog is a route into the source work, but readers should not infer a volume number or exact episode-to-chapter match from the catalog alone.
