WWE 2K25’s announced DLC roadmap already includes a broad mix of wrestlers, legends and celebrity guests. This is an opinion-led wishlist of additional wrestlers we would like to see—not a report of unannounced plans or a claim about what players collectively want.
What WWE 2K25 has already announced
2K announced five post-launch character packs. Its slate names Penta, The Motor City Machine Guns, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, Jordynne Grace, Mark Henry, The New Age Outlaws, Jesse Ventura, New Jack, Junkyard Dog and Tito Santana, alongside celebrity guests. Those are announced inclusions, not new suggestions in this wishlist. Check 2K’s full DLC announcement for the pack assignments and release details.

Take-Two says the packs were offered individually and through the Season Pass; that describes the publisher’s purchase routes, not current prices or regional availability. A Steam DLC listing also lists downloadable packs and storefront dates, which may change. Neither listing makes an announced character a wishlist pick.
How this wishlist is chosen
These are editorial proposals, not a ranking based on a poll or measured player demand. A strong candidate should fill a meaningful omission, add a distinct wrestling style or division, represent an under-served era or rivalry, and make sense as part of a coherent pack. The announced blend of current wrestlers and legends offers a useful model for that variety.

Our WWE 2K25 DLC wrestler wishlist
We would prioritize names that add something recognizably different to the playable roster rather than repeat a role already represented. The case for a candidate can be historical, stylistic or roster-based; it should not be mistaken for confirmation that 2K plans to add them.
Current-roster omissions
For current wrestlers, the most compelling wishlist choices are those whose presence would broaden the roster’s matchups or division options. A DLC pack should give players a genuinely different style or character to work with, not just another name in a crowded category.

Legends who would widen the historical range
Legend additions are most valuable when they make a specific era or rivalry easier to recreate. The announced roadmap already includes several historical names, so a proposed legend should add a distinct chapter rather than simply duplicate that coverage.
Pack ideas should have a clear theme
A focused pack could bring together wrestlers linked by an era, division or contrasting styles. That makes the additions feel like a deliberate expansion instead of an unrelated collection. The theme is a way to organize a wishlist, not a claim about any unannounced DLC schedule.

What fans are asking for—and what one comment can show
One commenter in a WWEGames discussion wrote, “I miss the days when the wrestling game had wrestlers as DLC and not stupid celebrities.” That captures one recognizable preference in the discussion, but a single comment cannot establish how players generally feel. The tension is understandable: some players want downloadable wrestlers first, while the publisher’s announced slate also includes celebrity guests.
