Why the clues fit
SIREN has five distinct letters and follows the pattern S-I-R-E-N: S, R, and N are consonants; I and E are vowels. The word can mean an alarm or horn, and in Greek mythology the Sirens are associated with the episode in which Odysseus is lured by their song.
