Hallmark expanded its partnership with Lacey Chabert in January 2025, adding an extended multi-picture film deal, a second season of her Hallmark+ series and a branded product collection. But the announcement disclosed no salary, contract value or expected earnings, so the claim that she is “set to earn millions” is not verified by the available public figures.
What Hallmark announced about Lacey Chabert
In a January 29, 2025 announcement, Hallmark said Chabert had extended her multi-picture movie deal. Under it, she would star in, develop and produce Hallmark film projects “into 2025 and beyond.” Hallmark did not disclose the number of films, the contract’s exact term or its financial value. Hallmark’s announcement also said she would continue hosting and executive producing a second season of Celebrations with Lacey Chabert on Hallmark+.

Hallmark Chief Brand Officer Darren Abbott said, “Our fans resonate deeply with Lacey’s unique ability to help us tell meaningful stories at the holidays and throughout the year.” Chabert said she was “incredibly grateful to continue to star in, develop and produce inspiring and rewarding projects” including Hallmark’s original movies and the next season of her series.
Does the deal mean Chabert will earn millions?
That is not established by Hallmark’s announcement. It gives no salary, per-film rate, contract total, bonus structure or estimate of Chabert’s future income. The broader scope of the partnership shows that Hallmark is working with her across films, television and products; it does not reveal how much she is paid or how much she may earn.

Hallmark said Chabert had starred in her 40th original Hallmark movie in 2024. That company-published career count documents the scale of her work with the network, but it is not a compensation figure. No earnings, salary, contract-value or net-worth figure attributable to Chabert appears in the sources cited here.
What the partnership includes beyond movies
A second season on Hallmark+
Chabert was set to return as host and executive producer of a second season of Celebrations with Lacey Chabert, Hallmark said. The announcement identifies Hallmark+ as the series’ platform but does not specify the season’s release date or provide financial terms for her hosting or producing work.

A Hallmark product collection
Hallmark announced a Lacey Chabert collection planned for Holiday 2025 through Hallmark Gold Crown Stores and Hallmark.com. Its initial categories were greeting cards, gift wrap and entertaining essentials; Hallmark said everyday products would follow into 2026. The announcement does not disclose whether Chabert receives royalties or other compensation from the collection.
Did Candace Cameron Bure’s departure cause the deal?
The sources do not establish that Bure’s departure caused Chabert’s expanded partnership or increased her earnings. The Independent’s coverage describes Chabert’s response to Bure’s 2022 remarks about Hallmark, placing the performers in the same public conversation. That context is not evidence of a causal link to a 2025 contract.

A 2024 Us Weekly roundup quoted Hallmark executive vice president Lisa Hamilton Daly describing some talent deals in 2022 as usually covering either two movies or a Christmas movie. That was a general comment about some deals, not a description of Chabert’s contract. It cannot establish her film count or pay.

These details support describing an expanded, multi-part partnership. They do not support a specific forecast of Chabert’s earnings. A separate Associated Press report covered allegations in a lawsuit that Hallmark sought to replace older talent, including Chabert, and Hallmark’s denial; it provides no compensation information and does not establish the value of her deal.
