MC Ryan SP went to the police station in Piracicaba after a contractor accused him of damaging the field at Estádio Barão da Serra Negra by driving on it before a show. Ryan acknowledged doing a “cavalinho de pau” on the grass, but his explanation of what happened next differed from the account in the police occurrence report. The incident was in May 2025; it was separate from a 2024 stop involving his Ferrari.
What happened in Piracicaba?
According to UOL, Ryan traveled to Piracicaba for a show scheduled for 23:00 on May 9, 2025. About an hour before he went on stage, he drove a car across the stadium field and performed a “cavalinho de pau,” a doughnut or handbrake turn. After the show, on May 10, he was taken to the Delegacia Seccional de Piracicaba following the contractor’s complaint that the maneuver damaged the field. UOL reported the incident.

What did Ryan and the police report say?
Ryan’s account
In a social-media statement reproduced by UOL, Ryan said: “Acabei dando um cavalinho de pau lá e o contratante chamou a polícia pra mim” (“I ended up doing a doughnut there and the contractor called the police on me”). He said there had been a disagreement over compensation and that R$70,000 was discussed. Those details are Ryan’s account, not an independently established finding.
The occurrence report and police classifications
UOL quoted the police occurrence report as saying Ryan tried to flee after being told he would have to pay for the damage. The Civil Police said the case was registered under classifications for damage, driving without permission or a license, and endangering another person’s life or health. These are reported classifications in a police record; they do not establish that Ryan was convicted or that the allegations were proven.

What happened with bail?
On May 14, UOL reported that a judge suspended the R$1 million bail requirement while a habeas corpus request was under review. Other reported precautionary measures remained in place. That was a procedural update, not a final ruling on the case. The sources cited here do not establish the case’s final disposition. UOL reported the bail update.

No. That was a separate event in April 2024. On April 11, police stopped Ryan in central São Paulo while he was driving a Ferrari Roma. CNN reported that the Military Police found vehicle restrictions and a mismatch between the car’s documented color and its red appearance. CNN Brasil covered the stop.
Ryan later told gshow that he bought the car black, wrapped it red, and failed to update its registration. He said he was taken to Federal Police headquarters for checks, explained the discrepancy, and was released; he later recovered the car after regularizing the documents. The Ferrari incident was in São Paulo and involved vehicle records, not the alleged stadium-field damage in Piracicaba. gshow reported Ryan’s explanation and the car’s release.
