Broly would likely win a straight exchange of physical force, but Fused Zamasu is the stronger pick if “winning” means ending the fight for good. Official Dragon Ball material never stages these two against each other, so any verdict is an inference drawn from what each character has shown on its own.
Which Broly and which Zamasu are being compared
The question has two possible readings, so it helps to fix them first. “Broly” here means the Broly of the Dragon Ball Super film, not the earlier character from the Dragon Ball Z movies, whose portrayal and power set differ. “Fused Zamasu” means the Potara fusion of Goku Black and future Zamasu from the Future Trunks arc.
Both characters are described in the official summaries of the Future Trunks arc, which is told in the manga. Where an anime and a manga version differ in a specific fight, the comparison below follows the official manga summary, so readers should not assume every detail carries over unchanged.
What the official material shows about Broly
The Dragon Ball official site’s Weekly Character Showcase #46, published March 22, 2022, says Broly awakened Super Saiyan Full Power while fighting Gogeta. The showcase presents the form as Broly’s own evolution and stresses his enormous latent potential.

It does not give a numerical power level, a speed rating or a durability figure. Any claim that Broly outclasses Zamasu by a specific margin would be a fan calculation rather than an official statistic.
What the official material shows about Fused Zamasu
The official Volume 18 story summary describes Zamasu and Goku Black using Potara earrings to fuse into a single being of astonishing power. That fused form is the one the arc treats as the central threat.

The same summary is the key source for durability. It states that Zamasu’s immortality kept him undefeated even after Vegito wore down his body and after Trunks cut him with his sword. In other words, the arc shows conventional damage failing to end him.
The official Character Showcase #106, published May 23, 2023, adds the reason: Zamasu’s wish was for immortality, and that wish is what carries into the fusion with Goku Black.

Raw pressure versus the ability to finish the fight
Two different questions get blurred in most debates about this matchup.
- Raw combat pressure: Broly’s Super Saiyan Full Power is the stronger piece of evidence for overwhelming physical force. If the fight is only about who hits harder and keeps the initiative, Broly has a defensible case.
- Durability and survival: Zamasu has the clearer record. The official arc summary shows him surviving an assault that would otherwise have ended a fight.
- A demonstrated finishing method: Official material shows a way to end Zamasu, but it is not Broly’s. Hitting harder does not by itself answer an opponent whose immortality is the obstacle.
What actually ended the threat
In the arc, Zeno erased Zamasu and the whole future timeline that Trunks came from. This is a specific solution from that story, carried out by a being far beyond either combatant. It is not evidence that Broly can seal, erase or permanently kill an immortal opponent, and the official material does not attribute any such ability to him.

If a future official release stages a direct fight, or provides a numerical rating for either character, the comparison would need to be revisited against that material.
A fair reading of the evidence is that Broly wins the contest of force and Fused Zamasu wins the contest of endurance. Which one counts as “winning” depends on the rules a reader sets for the fight.
