What has Matthew McConaughey said about their relationship?

What is known about Kay’s age and where she lived?
TIME reported Kay as 81 in an article published October 12, 2016. That is an age reported at that date, not a verified current age.
In a 2022 interview, KSAT reported that Kay had moved in with Matthew, Camila Alves McConaughey, and their family in Austin during the pandemic. The report describes a past living arrangement; it does not establish where she lives now.
