Yes. On September 12, 2024, Halsey publicly corrected a social post that had called Jogia their boyfriend, changing the description to “fiancé Avan Jogia.” SiriusXM reported the confirmation the next day and shared Halsey’s comments about their relationship.

In that interview, Halsey described Jogia as gracious, compassionate, loving and accepting, and said he gave them room to grow and heal. Halsey also said, “He accepted me exactly as I am.” Those are Halsey’s own descriptions of their partner.
How did Avan Jogia propose?
Halsey later recounted that Jogia proposed during a trip to Barcelona. Speaking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in February 2025, Halsey remembered him asking, “What’s a little marriage between friends?” ELLE reported the account.

What has the couple said about wedding plans?
In an interview at the February 2026 premiere of his series 56 Days, Jogia said they were not rushing toward a specific timeline and were busy, but enjoyed making plans together. As quoted by ELLE from People, he said, “I think that we’re not in any rush to do anything specific at any specific timeline other than our own.” The report does not give a wedding date or venue.
Who is Avan Jogia?
Jogia is an actor who became widely known as Beck Oliver on Nickelodeon’s Victorious. His creative work extends beyond acting: he has directed episodes of Last Teenagers of the Apocalypse and the 2022 short film Alex, makes music with his brother as part of Sanity Ivory, and published the book Mixed Feelings in 2019.
