The latest reporting located for this update, published in March 2026, says Arias guest-starred in season 2 of Fallout, attended the Hannah Montana 20th anniversary premiere carpet, and had two films in post-production at that time. Those film statuses are dated, not confirmation of their status today.
Rico was a character; Moisés Arias was the actor
On Hannah Montana, Arias played Rico Suave Jr., the sharp-tongued manager of the beachside concession stand. Disney’s series catalog lists Arias among the cast, while a March 2026 TheWrap report identifies him with the role.

The Disney Channel series ran from 2006 to 2010, across four seasons, according to Disney+ Australia’s catalog listing. Arias’s career did not end with the role that made him familiar to viewers: he continued working in film and television.
What Moisés Arias has done since the series
The Kings of Summer marked a turning point
Arias appeared in the 2013 film The Kings of Summer. In a December 2025 CinemaBlend interview, he described the film as “the turning point in my career, definitely.” He also spoke about the difficulty he experienced moving from child roles toward adult acting, including struggling to find work at ages 16 and 17. That is his account of his own transition, not a measure of the experience of child actors generally.

Recent screen work and projects reported in 2026
In March 2026, TheWrap reported that Arias had a guest appearance in season 2 of Fallout. The same report listed Here Comes the Flood and 52nd State as being in post-production at the time. A March report does not establish whether either film has since been completed or released.
His 2026 return to the Hannah Montana spotlight
Arias attended the premiere carpet for the franchise’s 20th anniversary special on March 23, 2026. Disney described him reuniting with original cast members at the event in its April 2026 anniversary coverage. The available reporting establishes his attendance at the premiere carpet; it does not mean he appeared in the special itself.

Disney reported that the anniversary special drew 6.3 million views in its first three days of streaming, and that viewing of the Hannah Montana catalog increased nearly 1,000% during anniversary week. Disney also said the franchise catalog had accumulated more than half a billion hours streamed globally on Disney+ by April 2026. These are figures reported by Disney, rather than independent audience measurements.

Disney+ Australia lists the four-season series, released from 2006 to 2010. Streaming availability varies by region, so a listing in Australia does not guarantee availability in another country. Target also lists Hannah Montana Forever: Final Season as a two-disc Disney DVD, but that listing does not establish current stock or the existence of a complete-series set.
