Evan Rachel Wood as Tracy
Wood’s career since Thirteen is the best-documented in this group. The Television Academy’s biography records her film and television work, including True Blood and Mildred Pierce.

Her most recent dated project is FX’s The Shards. A Disney UK press announcement published June 11, 2026 named her in the cast and set a UK Disney+ premiere for August 6, 2026. That date is a scheduled UK release from the announcement, not a confirmed availability record for other countries, and the sources cited here do not establish how the series is distributed elsewhere.
Nikki Reed as Evie, and co-writer
Reed appears in the film as Evie and also co-wrote the screenplay with Hardwicke. Netflix’s August 1, 2025 retrospective, “Thirteen Movie Netflix: Cast and Plot of the Evan Rachel Wood Film,” describes the script as loosely based on Reed’s own experiences as a young teenager, and says it was written in six days. Reed was 14 when she worked on it, according to the same piece.
That origin is best read as inspiration rather than a literal memoir. The sources cited here do not establish a current project for Reed, so no present-day career claim is made for her in this article.
