A retailer listing on Target describes a 14-inch Nadja Doll plush made by Toynk as officially licensed. What it does not show is that the plush is a screen-used prop or a screen-accurate replica of the doll from the show. If you are looking for a Nadja Doll, the answer depends on which of three things you mean: a licensed plush, the exact prop from the series, or any official Nadja-themed item you can buy now.
The short answer: a licensed plush exists
The clearest evidence is a Target product listing for a Toynk What We Do in the Shadows Nadja Doll, described as a 14-inch plush and labeled officially licensed (Target listing). That makes it a real licensed collectible rather than a fan-made item. Stock, price and seller can change, so check the listing before you order.
The phrase “can’t buy” usually means one of three different situations, and each has a different answer:
- You want a plush of the character. The Toynk 14-inch plush is the licensed option described by a retailer.
- You want the exact doll seen in the show. No source in this review establishes that a screen-used or screen-accurate prop is for sale to the public.
- You want something official with Nadja on it. The FX Networks Shop lists a Nadja Doll Pillow and other show merchandise.
What the Toynk plush is, and what it is not
The Toynk item is a soft plush, so it should be shopped as a plush and not as a prop. Listing details that matter for a buyer are the 14-inch size, the official-license label, and the retailer that sells it. Listing pages for licensed toys often change between a retailer’s own stock and third-party sellers, so confirm who ships the item and from which region before paying.
#1 Best Overall
- A CURSED DOLL: Officially Licensed Product — Summoned from the vampire manor on Staten Island, this exclusive Nadja Doll plush brings to life (or un-life?) the possessed doll form of Nadja’s human ghost. A delightfully cursed collectible from What We Do in the Shadows.
- POSSESSED BY STYLE: Outfitted in her unmistakable dark satin dress, this plush features Dolly all dressed up with lace and screen-printed details. The tulle skirt completes the look in a way that screams “old-world glamour.”
- DARK HUMOR IN SOFT FORM: Crafted with soft velboa fabric and 100% polyester stuffing, Dolly is as huggable as she is haunted. The attention to detail on her embroidered features and artificial hair are exquisitely designed for a bewitching look.
- MAKES FOR HAUNTING COMPANY: This plush of Dolly has a darkly charming presence, measuring approximately 14 inches tall. Perfect for bringing to your next Vampire Council meeting or gifting to a fellow mortal who appreciates supernatural satire.
- OFFICIAL COLLECTIBLE: Bring a little more chaos into your human world with this officially licensed Nadja Doll plush inspired by the vampiric misadventures of What We Do in the Shadows.
A licensed label confirms the product is authorized, not that it matches a specific costume or prop. If your goal is a doll that looks like the one Nadja carries on screen, the plush should be treated as a character toy, and you should judge its appearance from the listing photos rather than assume a match.
Official alternatives from the show’s merchandise
The FX Networks Shop, the network’s official store, lists a Nadja Doll Pillow in its What We Do in the Shadows catalog (FX Networks Shop catalog). The product page describes a 100% polyester pillow, 3 to 5 inches thick, with spot-wash care. At the time of writing it was listed at $31.95; that price is volatile and should be confirmed on the live page. The pillow is a printed-image item, not a doll, so it suits a fan who wants Nadja imagery in the room rather than a figure to hold.

Comparing the options
| Option | Format | Licensing | Resemblance to the screen doll | Where it is listed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Toynk Nadja Doll plush | 14-inch plush doll | Described as officially licensed by Target’s listing | Not established as a screen-accurate prop replica | Target (Target listing) |
| Nadja Doll Pillow | Printed polyester pillow, 3 to 5 inches thick | Sold by the official FX Networks Shop | Not a doll; shows Nadja artwork | FX Networks Shop (FX Networks Shop catalog) |
| Nadja Doll fleece hooded sweatshirt | Apparel | Sold through FX’s show catalog | Not applicable | FX Networks Shop catalog |
Checking availability before you buy
- Open the Target listing and confirm the item is the 14-inch Toynk Nadja Doll plush and that it is sold by Target rather than a third-party seller.
- Check the stock status and shipping region on the product page, since availability can differ by country.
- Search Amazon directly for the Toynk plush. A matching Amazon listing could not be confirmed when this was checked, so do not assume one exists.
- For the pillow or apparel, open the FX Networks Shop product page and confirm the price, the shipping options and whether the item is currently in stock.
- Compare the listing photos with what you want. A licensed plush and a screen-accurate prop are different products.
Context on the show
The Disney+ series page describes What We Do in the Shadows as a comedy and horror series that ran for six seasons from 2019 to 2024 (Disney+ series page). That run is why the merchandise catalogs above are stable sources for licensed items, even though individual products may be discontinued.

What is not established
No published sales figures or demand data for Nadja Doll merchandise were found, so this article does not claim how many dolls were made or how popular the plush is. A reader who posts a question about whether an official doll exists is asking the right thing, but a forum post is not a product authority. The official retailer listings above are the sources to rely on for availability.
If you are looking for a prop-accurate figure, custom or fan-made pieces fall outside what the sources above confirm, and any such item should be evaluated on its own maker’s claims.
