7u7 and 7w7 are text emoticons, not words or acronyms. The two 7s are eyes and the middle letter makes the mouth. They often suggest a playful, flirtatious, or suggestive tone, but the surrounding conversation determines what a sender likely means.
How to read 7u7 and 7w7
Picture the characters as a small face: the 7s form the eyes, while u or w forms the mouth. Where did the emoticons come from?
