According to that account, The Rock walked to the front of the stage, counted to three with his fingers, lowered his hand, and then drew it across his throat. The same report lays out more than one possible reading and concludes that the meaning was unclear. Treat those suggested readings as commentary, not as confirmed intent.

What The Rock said afterward
In an Instagram video that Cageside Seats reported and transcribed on October 6, The Rock said he was “feeling a lot of things” and would explain what he felt when he was ready. He then referred to “those three in the middle of that ring,” naming Jimmy, Roman, and Cody. In the transcription, the key line reads: “You had Jimmy, you had Roman, and you had Cody. The Rock doesn’t have to say a thing.” The transcript marks the throat-slash motion as a stage direction, “(Throat slash),” and the gesture was repeated on camera.
Two points about this statement matter. It is a transcription by a third-party outlet, not an official WWE transcript, and it names the three men without saying what he intends to do to them.

WrestleTalk’s Amanda Savage reported Triple H’s comments at the Bad Blood post-show press conference, also on October 6, 2024. Asked about the return, Paul Levesque (Triple H) said:
