It says he was living in Charleston, working in real estate, making music, and raising his two sons. As of October 2026, no later published update confirms that picture, so treat it as the last reported status rather than a current one.
The short answer and how current it is
Bravo’s December 2025 article is the latest person-specific update on Pringle that we could tie to a named outlet and date. It describes him as a songwriter and a realtor, based in Charleston, with two sons, Asher and Quinn. Bravo attributes the realtor and songwriter descriptions to his Instagram bio, not to a brokerage announcement or an interview. The article is about ten months old as of this writing, and it has not been followed by a newer report that confirms his situation in 2026.
What he is reported to be doing
Real estate
According to the same Bravo report, Pringle’s Instagram bio listed him as a realtor with Carolina One, and his website showed several property listings at that time. Those details describe what was publicly shown in December 2025. They do not confirm that he is still licensed with that brokerage or that the listings are still active.
Music
Bravo describes Pringle as a songwriter who posts performances and new songs on Instagram. The December 2025 article says he recently played at a Charleston boutique in September, which is the most specific live performance in the reporting. His discography is documented in Bravo’s official cast biography, which lists the LP Strange Points of View, the EPs Midnight Mass on the Williamsburg Bridge and Simple Act, and a history of touring. Those releases are background. The sources do not show whether physical copies or current streaming availability exist for them, and no sales or streaming figures were reported.

Family
Bravo reports that Pringle is the father of Asher and Quinn and that he co-parents with his ex-wife, Heidi. The article quotes an April 2024 Instagram caption in which he wrote, “Sometimes I can get caught in the negative,” and then, “And I have to remind myself that these years with my boys are the best years I’ll ever have.” That is a past caption quoted in a later article, not a new interview. The reporting does not describe custody arrangements.
Work and travel
An earlier Bravo post-show update reported that Pringle said he would stay in Charleston and focus on business rather than travel out of town every month. It quoted a February Instagram caption: “Boys and I collectively decided I would stay here and focus on business instead of traveling out every month like I have for the last 5 years.” The update does not give the year of that caption. Read it as a statement about a past decision, not a confirmed schedule for 2026.

Background from his official cast biography
Bravo’s official cast biography describes Pringle as a seventh-generation Charleston native. It says he attended the University of Georgia, where he became friends with fellow cast member Shep Rose. After college, it says, he moved to New York to learn the family commodity business, then began writing songs and recording. The biography also describes his later move back to Charleston. Those statements are historical. They are useful for understanding his background, but they do not confirm his current employer or any plan to return to the family business.
A common mix-up with the snack brand
Because his surname matches a well-known snack brand, the question comes up often. In a January 2021 appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Pringle said his family had “no association with the Pringle chip fortune.” Bravo’s recap of that appearance reports the remark, and there is no reported connection between his family and the brand.

What remains unverified
- Whether he still works as a realtor with Carolina One, and whether any listings on his website are current.
- His current performance schedule, any new releases, and the availability of his earlier recordings.
- Income, property sales, or other financial details. None were reported.
- Custody arrangements and the day-to-day details of his parenting.
- Any return to Southern Charm or other television work. None was reported.
For a fresher picture, the most useful next checks are his own public Instagram account, his brokerage’s agent directory, and any venue listings for upcoming Charleston shows. Each would show what he is doing now, which the December 2025 report cannot.
