VH1 then made her the central figure in Daisy of Love, which aired in 2009. She chose London at the end of the dating competition, but Parade reports that the relationship did not last after filming. Apple TV’s series listing frames the show as her search for love after her unsuccessful match with Michaels.
What she did after the shows
De la Hoya continued pursuing entertainment work rather than disappearing from public view. Parade reports that she worked on solo music as a vocalist, acted in low-budget films, and appeared in Pageant Vs. Playmate in 2011. Parade reported that de la Hoya posted in August 2025 that she had completed an outpatient rehabilitation program and returned to school. She also discussed changing her major from journalism and film to acting. These details were reported from her social posts; they are not independent medical records.
In an interview published September 12, 2026, de la Hoya told TMZ that she had been clean since February 29, 2024. Us Weekly’s account of the interview reports the same statement and quotes her describing addiction and her continuing recovery. That date is her self-reported sobriety date, not an independently verified medical finding. She also credited longtime friend Corey Feldman with helping her reach treatment and care for her dog.

In an August 27, 2026 report, TMZ said de la Hoya was temporarily staying with a friend, attending school and applying for work. The North Las Vegas restaurant Smoking Pig BBQ offered her a bartender or waitress position, according to the outlet. The report did not establish that she accepted the offer, so it should not be treated as confirmation that she had started a job.
In her September interview, she also discussed having experienced homelessness and assault. Those are sensitive personal accounts reported from her interview, not independently documented details.
