If you have finished the first season of the Gachiakuta anime, start reading the manga at chapter 88. Because the anime’s final episode lands at the end of chapter 87 or the start of chapter 88, rereading chapter 87 first is the safer choice if you want no gap in the story. Why chapter 88 is the starting point, with one caveat
No official episode-to-chapter mapping is published on the anime site, so the handoff point has to be estimated. A third-party guide, GachiakutaManga.tech’s anime endpoint guide, places the end of the anime in the late part of chapter 87, with chapter 88 as the next unread material. That makes chapter 88 the practical place to resume. It is not an exact adaptation statement from the publisher or the anime production committee.
The caveat matters in one specific case. If the anime’s last scenes cover material that sits partway through chapter 87, starting at chapter 88 would skip a small amount of story. Rereading chapter 87 costs little time and removes that risk, so it is the recommended approach for most readers.

How to pick up the manga after episode 24
- Confirm you have finished episode 24. If you stopped earlier in season one, begin with the chapter that matches where you stopped instead of following this guide.
- Open chapter 87. Reread it if you want to avoid any overlap or missing transition. Skip this step only if you are comfortable with the small uncertainty described above.
- Continue from chapter 88. This is the first chapter that the anime does not cover in the estimated mapping.
- Choose an official edition. Use one of the routes below rather than unofficial scanlation sites, which the publisher does not authorize.
