But director Scott Waugh said stunt rider Robbie Maddison performed the film’s large jump. The bike is associated with KTM, though its exact model has not been confirmed by the production.
What happens in the shipboard chase?
The sequence puts Christmas on a motorcycle during a chase across a ship. Waugh said the unusual setting inspired the idea: “What about a motorcycle chase on the ship?” He described bringing in Maddison for the major jump, saying, “Luckily, we were able to get Robbie to come in and do the big jump for us.” GameSpot’s account of Waugh’s interview says Maddison performed the inverted jump.
That distinction matters: Statham plays the character riding in the scene, but the director credits Maddison with the big jump. The film, styled Expend4bles, is the fourth entry in the franchise and was released theatrically in the United States on September 22, 2023.
Which KTM model is in the film?
The precise motorcycle model is unsettled. ZigWheels suggests the camouflaged bike may be a KTM 300 SX, while IMCDb contributors have suggested KTM 250 SX-F and KTM 250 SX models for bikes visible in the film. These are image-based identifications, not official production confirmation, and may describe different motorcycles or shots.

KTM’s official 2023 SX materials show that both the 250 SX and 300 SX were real models in its motocross range that year. That establishes the models existed, but not which bike was used for Maddison’s jump. The most careful description is a KTM dirt bike with the exact model unconfirmed.
