Theo
Theo is Thompson and Maralee Nichols’s son. Life & Style reported that Nichols said he was born on December 1, 2021. The outlet also reported Thompson’s January 2022 statement after paternity was established: “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son.” That statement records what Thompson said at the time; it does not establish a current custody arrangement or how much contact he has with Theo.
In a statement reproduced by Life & Style in February 2022, Nichols wrote: “Theo, my little angel baby. I named you Theo because it means, ‘Gift from God,’” The name meaning here is Nichols’s explanation as quoted by the outlet.

Tatum
Tatum is Thompson and Kardashian’s son. Us Weekly reported that he turned three at a July 28, 2025 birthday celebration, placing his birth date on July 28, 2022.
