Trump Force One is the nickname for Donald Trump’s privately registered Boeing 757-200, FAA registration N757AF. Federal Aviation Administration records identify it as a 1991 aircraft registered to DJT Operations I LLC. Trump Aviation describes a highly customized cabin, but its published interior, passenger-comfort and range figures are operator claims—not independent confirmation of the aircraft’s current configuration or performance.
What aircraft is Trump Force One?
The most reliable identifier is its FAA registration, N757AF. The FAA’s N-number record lists it as a Boeing 757-200 Series, built in 1991, with serial number 25155. The nickname “Trump Force One” refers to this private aircraft; it is not its official aircraft type or registration.
Who owns the Boeing 757?
The FAA record lists DJT Operations I LLC, in West Palm Beach, Florida, as the registered owner, and identifies the registration type as an LLC. That establishes the entity named in the FAA registration, not the full beneficial-ownership structure or every operational arrangement.
The FAA page gives a certificate issue date of August 25, 2010, and a displayed expiration date of March 31, 2028. It also displays “ROLLS-ROYC” as the engine manufacturer and RB-211 series as the engine model. The page includes an “Experimental / Research and Development” classification and an airworthiness date of June 10, 2026. The FAA cautions that its summary should not be used to determine airworthiness; these entries alone do not establish the aircraft’s current airworthiness or configuration.

What is inside Trump Force One?
Trump Aviation’s description of its fleet calls the 757 the “crown jewel” and says it has been entirely customized. The company describes Italian leather seats embroidered with the Trump family crest, 24-karat gold-plated accents, two private guestrooms, three bathrooms, dining and conference areas, and an extensive entertainment system.
Those are the operator’s published descriptions, not details independently confirmed by the FAA record or an inspection of the aircraft’s current interior. Trump Aviation also says the cabin seated nine passengers comfortably; that statement should not be read as a certified or current passenger-capacity figure.

How far can it fly?
Trump Aviation says N757AF can fly for up to eight hours uninterrupted within a range of 3,000 miles. This is an operator-published claim about its aircraft. It is not an independently verified performance figure, nor should it be confused with the range figures Boeing publishes for 757-200 configurations generally.
Boeing’s 757 Airport Planning Document, Revision H, dated December 2024, describes the 757 as a twin-engine jet designed for short-to-medium-range operations. Its figures are model-level references tied to passenger layouts and options, not measurements of N757AF:

| Boeing 757-200 context | Published figure | What it describes |
|---|---|---|
| Typical mixed-class layout | 186 passengers; 2,900 nautical miles | A general passenger configuration at full load |
| Higher-gross-weight options | About 3,900 nautical miles | Potential range with those options |
| High-density all-economy layout | Up to 239 passengers | A high-density seating arrangement |
Boeing’s historical Select Products summary gives another model-level framing: approximately 3,900 nautical miles for the 757-200 with up to 228 passengers, while its technical-specifications table lists a 3,200-to-4,500-mile range and 200-to-228 passengers. These figures refer to the aircraft type, not Trump’s individual jet. They should not be combined into a single exact range or capacity for N757AF: its current seating, operating weight and achieved range are not established by these sources.

No. “Trump Force One” is a nickname for a privately registered Boeing 757; “Air Force One” is a designation tied to the president’s transportation aboard an Air Force aircraft. The White House explains: “Technically, ‘Air Force One’ is used to designate any Air Force aircraft carrying the President,” while noting that the term is commonly used for specific aircraft equipped to transport the Commander-in-Chief. The White House page describes two highly customized Boeing 747-200B series aircraft, designated VC-25A. That presidential aircraft mission and designation are distinct from the private 757’s nickname.
