The timeline has since moved on: the Associated Press reported their engagement announcement in August 2025, and a July 2026 Daily Beast report said Nash-Betts discussed their wedding on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The latter is secondary entertainment reporting, not confirmation from the couple. These later developments do not change what Nash said in the 2024 exchange.
