Toni Storm’s Body Transformation: What She Has Said and What Is Documented

Toni Storm has described a renewed focus on training in a 2022 interview, and AEW dates her "Timeless" persona to September 2023. No verified body measurements exist; here is what is documented and what is not.

There is no verified before-and-after measurement of Toni Storm’s body, and no published source records her weight, body fat, or muscle mass at different points in her career. What is documented is narrower: in a 2022 interview with Muscle & Fitness, Storm described a renewed focus on training and lifestyle after her NXT period, and AEW’s official profile dates the start of her Golden Age of Hollywood-inspired “Timeless” presentation to September 2023. Those two facts describe her own account of her training and a change in her on-screen styling. They do not, on their own, show how her body changed.

What Storm said about her training

The most direct evidence comes from a 2022 Muscle & Fitness interview. Storm said:

“I’ve always trained, I’ve always stayed consistent, but it’s really in the last year that I’ve really started to see myself developing as an athlete.”

That quote is a personal account tied to the interview date. It describes how Storm felt about her development over the year before she spoke. It is not a measured result, and it is not a general claim about fitness.

Her account of the NXT period

Storm told the magazine that she did not feel she was in her best physical condition during her NXT years. She linked her later improvement to several changes: a more structured training approach, attention to nutrition, and stopping alcohol. These are her own explanations, given retrospectively. No independent assessment of her condition at either point is available, and the interview does not establish cause and effect between those changes and any visible difference.

The weekly routine reported in 2022

At the time of that interview, Storm reported:

  • Three to four weekly sessions with a personal trainer.
  • A split that alternated between leg and upper-body work, varying from week to week.
  • Circuit-style work before some matches.

This is a snapshot of a 2022 schedule. It should not be presented as her current routine, and the material available does not describe what she trains now.

What official profiles document

WWE’s official Toni Storm profile lists her height as 5 feet 5 inches. A profile height is a fixed reference figure, not a measurement taken at different times, so it cannot be used to calculate weight change or body composition. WWE’s July 2017 profile adds career context on her wrestling style from that period, but it contains no body data either.

AEW’s official profile is the source for the later presentation shift. It dates the beginning of her Golden Age of Hollywood-inspired “Timeless” persona to September 2023. A character built around period styling, hair, and costume can look very different from one year to the next without any change in the performer’s physique, so the profile supports discussing presentation, not physical transformation.

Separating presentation from physical change

Most “transformation” discussion mixes three things that the sources treat separately. The table below keeps them apart and notes what each one cannot show.

Training as she described it Three to four weekly sessions with a personal trainer; leg and upper-body split; circuit work before some matches Muscle & Fitness interview, 2022 Current routine, measured results, or cause of visible change
Self-described condition Felt she was not in her best physical condition during NXT; later felt she was developing as an athlete Muscle & Fitness interview, 2022 (retrospective) Any independent measure of fitness or health

Weight, body fat, muscle mass Not stated in any reviewed source Not stated Cannot be inferred from photographs or costumes

How to evaluate a transformation claim about her

When you see a claim that Storm has transformed her body, check it against these points:

  • Does it give a number, such as a weight or body-fat figure, with a date and a method? If not, it is an impression.
  • Is the change a costume, haircut, or character decision? AEW’s 2023 persona shift falls into this category.
  • Which interview or profile is cited, and when was it published? Her 2022 training comments describe that year only.
  • Does it claim a cause? Photographs alone cannot show whether training, nutrition, or anything else produced a visible difference.

What the evidence does not establish

The available interviews and official profiles do not support claims about Storm’s weight history, body-fat percentage, muscle gain, health status, or a causal link between her training and her appearance. Her own remarks are the only first-hand account of her fitness, and they are retrospective and general. Readers who want a measured before-and-after comparison will not find one in the public material.
