Fans have asked whether Tom Selleck is okay, but the question itself is not evidence of a health problem. The sources available here do not establish a current diagnosis or explain his appearance medically. Blue Bloods ended in December 2024; reporting about that departure and Selleck’s later public appearances concerns his career, not his health.
What prompted the concern?
A fan discussion uses the question “Is Tom Selleck okay?” That documents concern in that discussion, not a diagnosis or a representative measure of what fans generally think. A person’s appearance in a photograph or on screen cannot establish their medical condition.
What is known about his Blue Bloods departure?
Blue Bloods concluded in December 2024 after 14 seasons and 293 episodes, according to TVLine. In a May 2024 interview listing, CBS said Selleck discussed wanting the series to continue as it approached its planned end. Neither fact connects the show’s conclusion to his health.
In July 2026, TheWrap reported on Selleck’s remarks about the cancellation and the cast’s efforts to keep the show going. That coverage addresses the series’ end, not a medical explanation.

What has Selleck said or done publicly since the series ended?
Parade reported in May 2026 that Selleck appeared at a Detroit Tigers game and said he was “looking for work” after Blue Bloods. This is a career-related comment at a public appearance, not a statement about his health and not an assessment of it.
Is there a confirmed health explanation?
The reviewed reporting does not establish a current diagnosis or attribute a medical explanation to Selleck’s appearance. An Associated Press profile published around his 2024 memoir covered his career and interview comments, but did not provide a current health diagnosis. Without a direct, attributable disclosure from Selleck or a reliable medical source, it would be misleading to infer an illness from images, age, or a television role.
