He also described her as “a little spiteful” and said he regretted his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. The first two remarks are Sandoval’s characterization of Madix—not independently established facts about her motives.
What Sandoval said about Madix
Speaking with host Nick Viall and fellow Vanderpump Rules cast member Tom Schwartz, Sandoval said: “I think her biggest thing is like, stop like focusing on, don’t focus any energy on me leave me behind.” The wording is reproduced as recorded in the episode transcript.
He said he hoped Madix would do well, but called her “a little spiteful” and said “it’s not a good look.” He urged her to let go and move on. Those are Sandoval’s judgments; the transcript does not establish what Madix felt or why she acted as she did.
What he said about his own conduct
Sandoval acknowledged wrongdoing in the interview, saying, “I f-cked up, and I do know that.” A Yahoo report syndicating People coverage also quoted him saying, “I regret it, hardcore, I really do.”
